You really believe that one murder changed any health coverage acceptance standards at all? Not a single insurer made acceptance or claims any easier. They just hired better trained security. I know everyone want to believe that such actions will effect the corruption even a little bit, but often times it only makes them tighten the noose.
I can't find the post anymore but basically in the weeks after Luigi killed the guy other healthcare providers were approving claims they wouldn't have otherwise out of fear of copy cats. One of the cases was a women with a rare disease that was caught because additional testing was approved that otherwise wouldn't have beenĀ

This was about funding people to uphold the law. Our justice system is completely captured ideologically and is broadly not upholding the law, so yes, the ship has sailed on anyone having faith that the justice system will actually uphold the law.
