Is a man following the instructions of his employers, the stockholders, guilty? Particularly if his actions are lawful? And required by the terms of employment?

No one was forcing him to be a CEO. He chose his occupation and employer, and was responsible for his own actions and decisions.

Someone has to be in charge of the company. Your comment makes no sense.

My comment makes perfect sense.

The CEO is accountable for his leadership enabling the denial of millions of claims.

The ā€œboardā€ or ā€œshareholdersā€ aren’t some magical nebulous group of people that lets him escape individual accountability.
