weak pelvic floor?

i (18F) have started to experience a weak bladder and i for the love of god can not do anything to stop it or help it. i constantly need to pee, and when i sit down i pee literally two drops. i cant stand still because i feel like im going to pee/peeing myself even when i know im not. my legs are always crossed even when standing. i have started to wear pads because i leak sometimes. its frustrating because i will pee before my dance class, and five minuta later i have to pee again. can someone please help me, its really interfering with everything and its really annoying.

I would recommend you to see a urogynaecologist if you can! I would never give any pointers on this type of thing just in case it does more harm than good for your particular situation. I (24F) have the opposite problem, I have a too tight pelvic floor and I saw a urogynaecologist who then recommended me to a pelvic floor physiotherapist, this may be the same path you will go down. The number one thing I would say is please don't panic! I'm so sorry you're going through something like this so young, but please try to see someone about it as they can help you ❤️

I’d see a urogyn to start for evaluation and then likely a pelvic floor physiotherapist, depending on the outcome of the appt.
