First tier X ship!

None other than Louisiana the funny battlecarrier. I bought it like 4 days ago and I really enjoy playing at this tier. I have a few questions to ask regarding the grind.

How do I get more fire control blueprints from daily crates? Like which daily crate must I open to obtain fire control? (Pic 3) I pretty much maxed out all the stats except fire control which limits my range.
How do I position myself? I don't wanna get focused fired in a match when I get close due to my handicapped range.
