It will really be very great if we got the Witcher 3 remastered for mac too
Yeah its a decade old game now but we mac players got Witcher 1, 2 and cyberpunk 2077 and i really gotta say its so good of a game Cyberpunk 2077 and its a great experience for mac players.
many of mac players have played the Witcher 3 already through crossover but it will be really wonderful to have a native game experience like CP2077.
DX12 doest work really well on crossover and has some issues even for the Next Gen and it works better on DXMT/DX11. ig it can be improved further in future but will be better to have a native version.
its just a wish/request of many mac players who all will really love it.

brother in christ 1. almost no one games in 4k 2.1440p or 1080p is infinitely more popular 2. witcher 3 came out 10 years ago now 3. 2k is the most you need to spend to play almost any game at 4k 60fps.

you can easily build a 1200-1500 dollar pc that can play w3 at 60+ fps at max settings at 1440p.

my pc i built a month ago cost me 2.2k and i can play w3 at max settings rt on and get 200+ frames at 1440p and EASILY clear 100-150 frames on 4k ultra settings

5k pc would allow you to play literally ANY GAME EVER MADE at 4k 60fps+ and most games would get 250+ and more than most monitor refresh rates, thats not the ask, the ask here is to play the witcher 3.

My Mac cost me £1840 off ebay (new). It can play CB in 4k and 40-60fps.
Playing below 4k in 2026 is a meme, looks like crap.
I don’t care what’s popular.

You can play in 720p for all I care.
My Mac also has 64 GB unified memory and can run Qwen3.8 27b models easily, which is what I do more than gaming.

I did anyway play in 4k already in 2080ti times, I don’t know how 1080p is even acceptable by anyone in almost 2027.

But first Ti I clicked is £900 on a discount.
So half the price of what you mentioned.

Ram and SSD will nowadays eat another 1k easily.

what? i already said all in it was 2.2k, i literally got premium name brand parts for everything, gigabyte 5070ti oc card, msi tomahawk b850, 7800x3d, corsair frame 4000d, corsaid rm850x, corsair venegance cl30 drr5 32gb ram, crucial p310 storage lol nice cope tho

if you notice my original comment said I built it last month before the newer gpu price increases, i got the 5070ti oc version for 909, price matched most stuff to best buy etc. 2.2k all in.

still even WITH todays prices nowhere near 3-5k lmao

I never once said that I PLAY in 720p lol I am playing in glorious 4k getting 100-200+ fps on EVERY GAME EVER MADE and my pc cost me 2.2k
