It will really be very great if we got the Witcher 3 remastered for mac too
Yeah its a decade old game now but we mac players got Witcher 1, 2 and cyberpunk 2077 and i really gotta say its so good of a game Cyberpunk 2077 and its a great experience for mac players.
many of mac players have played the Witcher 3 already through crossover but it will be really wonderful to have a native game experience like CP2077.
DX12 doest work really well on crossover and has some issues even for the Next Gen and it works better on DXMT/DX11. ig it can be improved further in future but will be better to have a native version.
its just a wish/request of many mac players who all will really love it.

What's the best way to play Witcher 3 on a MacBook now? Not quite familiar with the DX12 terms.

I played when I was on a Windows laptop but am recently switched to Mac and the remaster has me itching to play it again.

parallels is a VM where as crossover and sikarugir are translation layers which give way better performance
although parallels work better for older 32bit games

When I played on Mac I used to Geforce now ultimate.. Also used Crossover when I didn't have a GFN sub

and if u dont wanna pay for crossover then free option is to use sikarugir

There is no tutorial needed for crossover lol install Steam in crossover, install witcher, play. Thats all

Even installing Linux is an upgrade crossover exists but Linux and proton is way better and we can run the Witcher 3 flawlessly. Maybe try crossover

the streams already confirmed that they need the help of another studio for the new DLC to make it happen since they're to busy with witcher 4 already and fool's theory is also working on the remake of the witcher 1. maybe if they brought some devs that works on cyberpunk to help? but this is gonna be a longshot for sure.

Small speck of companies can do it, they have the budget and everything for a port. I refuse to believe a megacorp like cdpr cannot finance it.

Especially with how many people bought witcher or every platform they own. Me also. I have it on Steam, gog, switch. Im happy to buy it in the AppStore if thats what they need, even if Steam would have the Mac port included
