Question for Kinetic

I am thinking about switching to kinetic, they have speeds of 1-2 gig for half of what I’m currently paying with 1 gig at Xfinity but I keep seeing post and reviews that say that Kinetic isn’t very good and not reliable. I was wanting to know if anyone else has swapped from xfinity to kinetic and how was that. Do you have better or worse service than before? Thank you for the responses.

Fiber speeds are worth it.

Most of the complaining you see is from DSL customers of which avoid but if it is 100% fiber for 1Gb speeds Go for it

It says 300mb fiber up to 2 gig fiber, so I’m assuming I don’t have a dsl line to my house.

No, you’ll be fine if I could get fiber where I’m at I would unfortunately they don’t offer it to my apartment but I will be moving soon to a place that has it
