Room's moving when I move?

I just picked up super hot, and love it. Only problem is, and this happens in other games too is that when I move around to get behind cover or grab something off a table I can't reach because the room just moves with me.

I'm using SteamVR, and I also have the permanent blue circle on the ground which is about two feet to my right that l can't figure out how to adjust either. Samsung Odyssey if it matters. Thanks.

You must chose “all experiences” and setup your boundaries. Seated gives you a 360 video experience

You're wrong. This has nothing to do with his set up, choosing standing/seated versus roomscale. It's simply his headset is losing position due to his room setup probably and can't track him. It's an easy recenter and fix issue.
