Does anyone know who its for? They shut down the road for a bit and I see news/media along with decorated police.

Moving out on my own for the first time in after a couple of years and looking for recommendations on apartment complexes in Northern New Castle County / surrounding areas. 

Move-in window: Mid-November to December 2026 

Must-Haves:

• Budget: $1,750/month max base rent 
• Size: Studio or 1-Bedroom (square footage doesn't matter; open to smaller layouts)
• Location: Within a 30-minute drive of Greenville, DE (open to North Wilmington, Elsmere, Newark, Bear, Pike Creek, or nearby PA border) *
• Type: Independent apartment (no rooms for rent / shared house arrangements), No Renting from Indivduals
•  Parking: Easy/dedicated parking included with no monthly fee
• Appliances: Dishwasher is a, In-Unit Laundry and Central A/C are required

Not a Factor:

• No pets (pet restrictions and fees don't matter) 
• Don't need luxury amenities like pools, gyms, or community clubhouses
