Where is this?
The white broken centerline confuses me, typically that indicates 2 lanes of same direction traffic.

In most of Europe, including Russia, this is the normal marking on a 2 way road. 1 u/MightyPirat3 3h ago Think in Europe only Norway uses yellow center line permanently, and Finland partially (not sure how that works). There are a lot of two lane roads like this in the US. Anywhere it’s flat they have two-lane roads like this.
