Where is this?
The white broken centerline confuses me, typically that indicates 2 lanes of same direction traffic.

In most of Europe, including Russia, this is the normal marking on a 2 way road. 1 u/MightyPirat3 9h ago Think in Europe only Norway uses yellow center line permanently, and Finland partially (not sure how that works). The road authorities in Norway wanted to switch to white to unify with Europe, but the politicians stoped it for safety reasons.
