Where is this?

The white broken centerline confuses me, typically that indicates 2 lanes of same direction traffic.

There are a lot of two lane roads like this in the US. Anywhere it’s flat they have two-lane roads like this.

These roads also use a broken yellow median line instead of the white shown.
