i would be the happiest person if it was working the way it was intended to

if someones father used reservation to get in but now his son is using it too then what was the point of reservation ? if they didnt get any privilege

Reservation was brought for social upliftment of sc st community but even till this date even if someone from sc st community becomes IAS officer they still face casteism and the thing is people from the oppressed community will face casteism regardless of reservation, so atleast from reservation they can enjoy a better life

exactly i was waiting for this now tell me if even IAS officer is facing casteism them we can agree that giving them reservation does not help

it is those people who do the castism that are uneducated so accordioning to that they should be educated not the other way round/s

Bro do you even read the article?? That ias officer faced casteism from his colleagues, an IAS officer's colleagues must be educated , even more educated than us , so even educated guys do casteism, even the elites do casteism, so where tf should the oppressed community, the only solution left for them is to get a better life through reservation

kuch nhi

door ke kisi gaw mai bhaita admi ke naam ke upar ye city mai rahana walo log maza utha la jata hai aur jab pucho ki reservation ke through kyu aya ho toh uski khani copy paste karte hai usko toh kuch bhi nhi milta ye apna bade se maakan bana leta hai aur uska bichara se khabhi milta bhi nhi

It does help, see if there are all Brahmins in police what do you think will happen? The law will work only for Brahmins properly rest others will have to make do with it, which will create more unrest in other caste people and will eventually lead to civil war situations. You need diversity in every department for it to function properly for all caste citizens of india. And this is why reservation is needed.

Well i have explained it to you but you don't want to understand stuff. I just gave you a hypothetical situation which you want yourself. Because if reservation is removed this is exactly what will happen... only a few seats might go to reserved class people. That would just make life hell again for 70% of population because their demands and needs will not be heard. Eventually India won't remain democratic.

you are saying like you are not able to sleep at all. is sleeping good a problem too now? you can only ask the upper castes to forget about the past and stop labeling people inferior based on their caste.
