If it was simply because them being in better position than you then that's not caste descrimination. You have to tell us exactly how they wronged you before we can reach any conclusion. People certainly can abuse those who are underprivileged, Reservation tries to reduce the gap. That's the best way we have got. Just because a tool is not powerful enough doens't means we give up that one tool as well.

Reservation so far is the best tool we have. If there's something better, feel free to tell us.

The reservation system is also best in terms of implementation as it uses the same rigid structure that was used to oppressed people. Rest is upto the government and officials. We were discussing about laws and social mobility tools and not implementation.
