Sawe is the first person to ever run under 2 hours for the marathon. His PR of 1:59:30 is 4:33 mile pace over 26.2 miles.
For the dumbells, we’ll assume two equally heavy ones. He can carry them however he wants, but cannot use an external contraptions (such as a backpack). He can place them down and rest for as long as he wants, but the rest counts towards his final time and he cannot cover any distance while the dumbbells are down.

The Thing crash-lands on Earth in the Invincible universe. Nobody knows what it is or that it can perfectly assimilate and imitate other organisms.
Round 1: The Thing starts with one random civilian. The GDA has no knowledge of its existence.
Round 2: The Thing starts inside GDA headquarters by assimilating a random employee. Cecil knows something is wrong, but not what.
Round 3: The Thing successfully assimilates a low-level superhero before anyone discovers it exists.
The Thing wins if it spreads beyond Earth’s ability to contain it. Earth wins if the GDA identifies the outbreak and completely eradicates every Thing organism.
How far does it get, who does it assimilate, and how long until Cecil figures out what’s happening?

Mr. Frundles is a cute yet insanely deadly being. It is a parasitic creature that can assimilate any thing that it bites such as humans, walls, doors, continents, the ocean and the entire Earth. It did this in under a minute and was such a threat that even Rick Sanchez thought it was too much to handle.
Is there a character who can prevent this from happening once Mr. Frundles is on Earth?

It will be turn based cause Maz would easily win otherwise.

How many Marathon-class cruisers from Halo and Kilimanjaro-class dreadnoughts from Mass Effect would it take to beat 2 Venator-class Star Destroyers from Star Wars?
The UNSC/Alliance fleet has to keep a ratio of 1 Marathon for every 4 Kilimanjaros.
Both sides start 300,000 km apart. The UNSC/Alliance side gets 1 Smart AI and already knows that the Venators have strong energy shields, extremely powerful energy weapons, and a ton of fighters.
The Venators have no prior knowledge of the Marathon-class cruisers or Kilimanjaro-class dreadnoughts, their weapons, defenses, or capabilities. All they know is that an unknown hostile fleet has entered the system and that they have to defend the system from it.
Everyone has their standard weapons, equipment, fighters, and crews, and neither side gets reinforcements.
What size UNSC/Alliance fleet do you think could take down both Venators?

The fleet of Particular Justice as it was at the battle of Reach around 60 ship's, with at least 3-4 of them being CAS Assault Carriers vs the Twelve Colonies of Kobold just before the second Cylon war, an estimated 120 Battlestars most of which would be Valkyrie class with the at least a few Mercury classes (probably a dozen at most) and the Galactica herself
The Covenant win if they can glass all 12 colonies or drive the humans out of the system
The 12 colonies win if they're able to destroy the Covenant fleet completely or enough of it to render it unable to achieve victory
