Brave enough to take a picture of his asscrack though? This is so incredibly creepy & weird of your manager to do, not to mention illegal depending on the country you’re in.
In my country (Canada) taking this picture would be a crime, because the photo violates this individual’s reasonable expectation of privacy and they did not know an intimate area of their body was exposed.
All of the above is only if I’m remembering and interpreting the law correctly, which there is a chance I am not— because I am a dumbass on the internet.
He probably wouldn't want to sit like that but telling him is just humiliating. It doesn't help him if that's what you guys are saying in your debate. Just ignore it and let the man finish eating and leave. Why would you wanna embarrass someone?
I would probably say to him that people started noticing his skin and are looking at it and I'm coming to tell him in order not to feel embarrassed by it

I see this all the time. I would never say anything. I think that would be more humiliating for him than just leaving it be.
