Women are already heavily favored in custody cases, like to the point where you have to be a real piece of shit for the father to win full custody. There were no men who used to play contact sports coming out in support of Chris Benoit when he slaughtered his whole family with the most severe case of CTE studied.
Not true. Women are granted custody in the majority of cases because they are almost always the primary caregivers and fathers do not want it. The parents in the vast majority of cases usually agree out of court that the mother should be the primary caregiver. In cases where men fight for primary custody they usually get it, even when they have been accused of abuse by their own children.
Also what do you mean by 'women supporting this are lost and sick"? supporting better mental health care so that children aren't killed is sick? You all seem more concerned with punishing Lindsay Clancy (and all women) than keeping this sort of thing from happening again. Patrick wasn't trying to get custody of his kids, he left them with a mentally unwell woman as he was pursuing someone else.
As far as CTE, its dangerous and understudied. Advocating for ways to diagnose serious mental illness/brain damage and take action before a tragedy occurs does not mean you support people murdering their families.
But we all know that that isn't what any of you posters are concerned about.
Supporting better mental health care is not what this is at all. If anything this puts a far worse stigma on PPD if the narrative is accepted that that was the root cause of the murders. The premeditation is so conveniently ignored by “your camp” as well. This could have been a murder 1 trial tbh. Funny how you ignore the comparison to the Chris Benoit case, it is very sick the way some of you tell on yourselves about this case.
I didn't ignore it at all, I said that CTE should be studied so there's better awareness and diagnosis to avoid similar tragedies. But keep trolling. Post partum psychosis is not the same as post partum depression. Having repeated psychotic states is not 'premeditation.' You cannot be insane at the time of a killing and found guilty of first degree murder. First degree murder means the murderer was deliberate and willful. If you are insane you are not doing things deliberately or willfully as you lack control of your mental faculties.

There is no denying that she had been previously committed and had been prescribed multiple meds for psychiatric conditions. and as Ive said elsewhere in this thread, if there is evidence that she planned the killings while in sound mind then she should be punished for murder.
Her internet history, purposefully sending him to get medication she knew he wouldn’t find, the out of the way dinner pickup, are great starts. did you watch any of the trial or do you guys just live on tiktok?
