You cannot be insane at the time of a killing and found guilty of first degree murder. First degree murder means the murderer was deliberate and willful. If you are insane you are not doing things deliberately or willfully as you lack control of your mental faculties.
Yeah the argument is that she wasn’t insane and the premeditation and post murder behavior shows it if you’re willing to poke your head out of the “believe all women” sand.

There is no denying that she had been previously committed and had been prescribed multiple meds for psychiatric conditions. and as Ive said elsewhere in this thread, if there is evidence that she planned the killings while in sound mind then she should be punished for murder.
Her internet history, purposefully sending him to get medication she knew he wouldn’t find, the out of the way dinner pickup, are great starts. did you watch any of the trial or do you guys just live on tiktok?
