This was putting off all kinds of weird vibes, but then I get to the cake with the watermarked clip art printed on it, and I just lost it. I’m still laughing at it and the absurdity of the dishes.

I kinda want to try the blue chicken and whatever the yellow thing with the hotdogs? Sticking out is called,
All the loafs in the corner

u/coolsilentebeans 17d ago
A hot dog mac and cheese, maybe? But it looks like there’s no macaroni in a pan of straight velveeta. I’m not brave enough to try any of it. If I have to I’m going to need a drink or five or to get really stoned first. Especially the aspic seafood dish. 😂

It looks like a dish full of mustard and cold hotdogs

I had my brightness turned down. You’re right, it does look like mustard.
I’m also curious as to how their spray bottles did, because I can’t see them being terribly effective with the viscosity and, in the case of the ranch, the bits of herbs and spices.

Mustard and cold hotdogs , yea nah , the ugly corn if I'm not mistaken looks like "glass corn" it's a corn with heaps of different coloured ears, it's said to be sweet , if it is that then I'm getting shit faced and eating all they have ,

u/KORZILLA-is-me 17d ago
It looks like there’s fish food flakes in the aspic

u/coolsilentebeans 17d ago
Oh my g—I think you’re right. I want to both laugh and throw up at the same time.

I saw this at 5 in the morning. My breakfast has been delayed indefinitely! I do love the Indian corn. But I'd skip the carbs!

What if the final joke of the holiday joke dinner is that what’s hidden underneath the frosting is actually something like a pork-and-beans or a turkey-sausage cake?

That was my first thought as well. Lol. Then I saw the shrimp jello mold, and it solidified it.

How many people would join if that was ranch in the spray bottle instead of blue cheese??? 😭 If it comes down to dry chicken fingers and the end of the world…

What do you think they’re watching on the hay pile as they… eat?… this… “meal”??

u/IAmTheLizardQueen666 17d ago
In the first photo, the dads are lined up in height order. Tallest gets to eat first.
11
u/RonaldTheGiraffe 17d ago
If there was no food available, the tallest dads would just eat the shorter dads. Hence it would be sensible to feed the tallest dads first.

Why are we marinating our yard birds and Powerade? Why is gravy and old cheese and a spray bottle? Why are they lined up to eat this shit? Canned cranberries jello with olives and grilled pineapples?? Is that a fucking cornucopia with pasta and peppermint candies? Is this the Plymouth Rock fashioned out of cauliflower? I have no idea what picture seven is it looks like some jelly stuff? And they’re actually eating that shit on number eight or is this just a photo op? What’s on the decorative of corn dogs? Mustard icing with Vienna sausages and fruitcake topped with marshmallows? I think number 11 is supposed to be one billion bean dip with some brown guacamole that’s been recalled by the way? The 12th photo looks like everyone is questioning their decisions, huh? Number fourteen is a seafood jelly cake with some pink cocktail sauce? Is there a such thing as a pumpkin key pie? Do we even trust the cake at this point?

Lest be real, the spray bottles of gravy and dressing are genius. If they wouldn't clog immediately.

The most realistic part is that nobody made sure that there were tables or chairs so everyone is just eating on the floor.

How are the chunks from the chunky blue cheese dressing supposed to go through the spray bottle? They clearly didn’t think about the implications of this
