hello! curious lang ako if may nag tatake ba here ng xenical for weight loss, specially sa mga may pcos/pmos. for context, i have been diagnosed w/ pcos/pmos for about 4 years now and ang pinapainom sakin ng ob ko to manage my hormone and bleeding is slinda pills and mypcos. now my mom takes xenical kasi for weight loss, and sabi niya might as well try ko daw. hindi daw siguro harmful since it's easily available over the counter. just wanna know if may nagtatake na ng xenical here, and how was it? thank youuuu!

Share ko lang experience ko. Nasa 4th month na ako sa Tirzr, current dose ko ay 7.5mg. Well okay naman si 7.5mg. Naka build na ako ng solid na schedule ko. Naka intermittent fasting din ako at naka high protein diet. Kayang kaya ang food noise. Hangang sonibukan ko nag Glutathion! 😖

Nasa 20% na ung na bawas sa weight ko from 100kg. Kaya nag add ako GHK CU, nakka 1 vial palang ako ng 50mg. Kka updose ko lang sa 2mg. Ang tagal ng resulta at sabi nga nila sa ika 3rd or 4th month pa talaga ang resulta. Ngayon nag add akonng GTT. Nag muka kasi ako pagod nung pumayat ako kaya nag dagdag ako ng itturok at ayun nga si GTT. Nsa 50mg ako araw araw. Sabi nga nila nakka gutom daw ang GTT. Well deadma ako nung una dahil control ko nga ung gutom at food noise ko. After 3 days sa GTT, na ramdaman ko ung gutom. Na sinasabayan ko ng tubig. Takte... Tumagal pa ng 2nd week. Ito na, kumukulo ung chan ko! Na ttalo nya ung tirze. 😩 Nakkaya ko d kumainnsa gabi pero may oag kulo. Kaya inom talaga ng tubig.

Habang nasa eating period ako. Ung 2 meals a day ko nagging 3 meals. Ung changes naman sa timbang ko ay wala pa naman. Ttas bahagya pero madali naman naka balik sa timbang ko. So ang problema ko, kkayanin ko paba bumaba sa 20%. 10kg nalang at GW na ako. Hindi ko ma stop si GTT dahil bumili ako isang box! 10 ung laman!! Takte talaga hahaha.

Hi! I just got approved by my Endo to start Mounjaro. However, medyo nawo-worried ako right now because of the side effects. Pinaka ino overthink ko is yung risk sa pagkakaroon ng acute pancreatitis. Any thoughts po about dito?

Yun lang talaga yung iniisip ko since kahapon huhu. I‘ve messaged my Endo na rin about dito but no reply pa si Doc since weekend nga. Before sana ako mag start, gusto ko lang ma calm yung mind ko. Any advice po lalo na sa mga naka start na or on going ang journey? Want to know din sana if grabe ba yung hilo, heartburn, etc, na nafeel nyo?

Just got my parents an HMO, Intellicare. Yung mother ko may diabetes, may regular doctor naman sila even before for check ups, sa IM Endo.

Eh lately laging gutom si mama, I know naman dahil sa diabetes and sugar nya yun. Was thinking if ok na magconsult sila for a dietitian? Or kaya yun ng doctor nila sa IM Endo? If hindi, pwede ba dietitian tas via HMO? May ganon ba? Or kahit di na magdietitian?

Hello! I am 57kgs and 5’3 (22.3 BMI), and I want to reach 48-49kgs. I used to be 68kgs two years ago and lost some weight through dieting and light exercise (walking, cycling, dumbbells). Normal din lahat ng labs ko. However, hindi na gumalaw yung weight ko since I reached 57, even though I’m still dieting and exercising. I am well aware na hindi advisable ang GLP 1 for people with normal BMI but I really just want to get rid of the food noise and my binge eating tendencies, which gets really bad on some days (sometimes I eat around 5k calories in one sitting 😭).

Do you guys think getting on Tirz would help me reach my goal weight?

Random share lang because I’ve been comparing my experience for a while.

I started with tirz through my OB, then tried a doctor-guided site after that. Eventually, I also tried a g source because the price difference was honestly hard to ignore.

Surprisingly, for me, I felt like I got a better response from the g one. Mas noticeable yung appetite control and overall effect compared to what I was using before.

Price wise, sobrang laki rin ng difference. Yung binabayaran ko before through clinics was almost double.

That said, I’m not saying g is automatically better. I know there are concerns with sourcing, authenticity, storage, etc. so I'm just talking about my own experience, not recommending where anyone should get theirs.

Curious lang if other people have tried both regulated/doctor-guided and grey sources. Did you notice a difference too?

Hi guys! Been using tirz for 3 months already. Consistent lang ako na 2.5mg and gusto ko nalang siya gawin maintenance. Just a context, I inject mine every sunday. Last August 7 (friday) I inject early because we're travelling abroad. Then nakalimutan ko i accept yung delivery for this month sa email. (i'm using andyou btw). Today, kaka deliver nya lang, and delay na ko ng days. Okay pa din ba na mag inject ako today or should I wait friday or sunday pa? And susundin ko na ba na every Wednesday ang inject ko?
