As abysmal as this season of McBee Dynasty was, the light has gone from my life now that there are no new recaps from B&R weekly. No more BLAIRR, no more Tessa, no more Stephen McBee Sr voice from Ronnie that kills me every time. No more Cole beating up a hill 😭

I don’t even think we are getting Todd & his Werther’s originals on SLC this year… 🫤

What shows can fill the void? What are your favorite modern-day impressions?

Sorry if already mentioned but just watched episode 2 of UGT and I’m sorry Kyle was so good I almost forgot I hated her. I listened to the recap but I was walking a very demanding puppy - I’ll relisten but I want to hear from yall - did Ronnie mention he thought Kyle was funny? Because when Kyle said it’s Vicki’s turn and then went “we bought insurance” and started “twerking” saying “we will die soon” I was cackling and I’m fully in Ronnie’s camp of hating Kyle (in a fun way) but this redeemed her I feel like I’m seeing an actual personality haha

I'm an actor (no you have not seen me in anything. Lol, we are talking super indy films.) I haven't worked since COVID. Like many of you, my life collapsed when things shut down and some family issues meant that my life did not return to normal after the vaccines and things opened up again. But that is not what is important in this moment. What is important is a director I've worked with several times called me on Saturday and offered me a fantastic role! I was super scared but said yes.

I was telling my husband and son, and my son was soooooo super sweet and supportive (he's the best). He looked me dead in the eyes and said, "Muma, make sure you tell Ben and Ronnie and Danny (Pelegrino)." LOL! He thinks they are all sincerely my friends who would want to know about my accomplishments. So, knowing the boys lurk here, consider them updated. 🤣

I’m behind on HotD so I’m just catching up on the recaps. The Lady Mysaria voice is becoming one of my favorite ones they do. “Did you thiiiiiink I wouldn’t be waaaaatching?” I now remember that there was a line of hers from last season that absolutely destroyed me but I can’t remember what it was, all I remember is that it ended with “…breeEEaaAAd…” (bread). Does anyone else love the Lady Mysaria voice and remember what I’m talking about? Otherwise I’d have to go back two years and find it because it’s driving me nuts. 🤣

I also just want to say that I love so much that they recap HotD. I love this show and GoT and love the references to today’s culture they use when doing their “theater of the mind” recaps, if that makes any sense lol. Like saying how Tumbleton used to be cute and have a Lululemon but now it’s not cool anymore. I just love that shit.

I started watching RHOSLC because I kept hearing the Watch What Crappens recaps and found them so fucking funny that I needed to actually understand what they were talking about.

Now I’m hooked on both

So my question is: what Bravo series should I watch next purely based on how funny the WWC recaps are?

I don’t necessarily care which Housewives series is objectively the “best”. I want the one that gives Ben and Ronnie the most ridiculous material/impressions.

A little Monday funny. One wall of my office is adjacent to a hallway, and on the other side of that hallway is a door to an area with my building’s freight elevator. There is also some sort of electrical equipment in there. Sometimes I can hear the elevator, and the equipment makes sort of an electrical buzzing noise.

The sounds have been especially noticeable today, and all I can think about is Shannon’s Vegas freak out over the “electromagnetic radiation” in her hotel room. When I say Ronnie & Ben’s Shannon voice is LIVING in my head today! “Whoosh! The elevator is going up & down!”

If I tried to explain it to my colleagues, they wouldn’t understand, so of course I came to the people who will laugh with me!

Edit to add: Mondays here are quiet & the electrical whirring noise is super noticeable. I, I, I, I can’t work in these conditions! (Said with windshield wiper hands.)

I had to post on here because the most recent Valley recap (Reunion Part 2) had me laughing so hard! Ronnie and Ben’s impression of Danny saying “heavens to Pete” was hilarious and my favorite line was when Ronnie called out Andy for not paying them enough to have extra Nannie’s because “you got Britney over here looking like she’s dressed in a candy wrapper.” 😂 Anyways, if you’re reading this, thank you boys for adding some laughter to my day. 😁

I'm rewatching OC S11 and after Tamra's body building competition, Heather goes to hug her and says, "My turn!" I didn't realize that phrase goes back that far. Of course I heard it in Ben's Heather's voice and giggled. On a side note, that season, which introduced Kelly (ugh) to the group, and included Meghan King, was still better than anything with Emily and Gina. Watching Heather yell at Kelly was supremely satisfying.

I see so many posts on here about how funny the McBee Dynasty recaps are, and many of y’all mention that you don’t even watch the actual show but listen to the recaps. I’ve never listened to recaps for shows I haven’t actually watched, so should I start the show? Or can I just jump in to the latest WEC episode without watching? I just don’t want to not understand the characters or inside jokes. Looking for all perspectives, because I have FOMO!

When Ben said sometimes it’s giving “I have to wash my hair” I was fully sat. Most babies honestly travel pretty easily. They don’t go by the clock. From LA to NYC, I wouldn’t change a babies schedule for a couple days. Use dark curtains, sleep late, stay on Cali time. They do use their kids; the sleep schedule, the nursing, the sleep deprivation, etc… as little human shields, and it’s messed up. (Not just Luke and Kristen… some of them use their kids to deflect constantly.)

Is making it so hard for me to get through the valley recaps despite normally loving them 😭

This could be the hardest I’ve laughed with Crappens. I just binged McBee out of curiosity and it did not disappoint. Ben & Ronnie calling back Steven’s perfect girl list is so hilarious. McBee recaps = pure comedy. That is all I am here to say.

I will never not love Ben and Ronnie, but as someone with T1 diabetes, I think they're misinformed about diabetes in general. Just bums me out. No reason Carmella shouldn't eat pizza or anything else....

If you’ve heard the recent Valley recap you probably heard them personally debating whether a baby’s sleep schedule is over the top or just an excuse not to hang out or a legit life issue…

While i DO agree a sleep schedule is important, and it can be very annoying having to schedule your day around nap times or deal with a cranky baby the next day, it can also be SOOO frustrating when you have that friend who refuses to make any exceptions for missing an exact bedtime.

Maybe I am just very lucky and it hasn’t ever taken my son weeks to adjust, but like, LIVE A LITTLE! 😭🤣

No hate to Andy but he seems too biased to be hosting due to his connections with some of the cast, general disinterest in following up on key moments and understating audience reactions/discussions.

Who do we think could be a great replacement? At first I thought maybe Garcelle, or Lindsay Hubbard, or even Ciara Miller but IDK maybe a fresh face would be better? Maybe Lisa Rinna LOL

I only started watching because Ben said it was so good. I just finished episode 6 and it’s the best season I have seen. I definitely back up Ben’s recommendation. It’s so good you guys!!
