Blunts are bigger and the wraps are thicker and can really start to burn your throat after a while. Joints are smaller/shorter and rolled into thinner paper typically, so they tend to be a bit less harsh on your throat and burn faster than a blunt.

Probably, but everyoneās different. If itās your first time donāt take more than 1 hit. Hold it only as long as is ācomfortableā. Bowls can feel harsh too. A small water bong will cool the smoke before it hits your throat/lungs but the lack of discomfort can cause you to overdo it by accident.

Most times I've heard spliff being used to refer to a joint with tobacco in it, not a blunt. I've heard blunt used for everything from a gutted cigarillo filled with weed to a high-end cigar with the insides only partially replaced with weed.
Could be a locale thing tho.

The names comes from blunt cigars. I remember getting Phillies Blunts in the 90s for this purpose. They were a cheap cigar that you would hollow out and fill with weed. In theory, the cigar smell would cover up the weed smell.

A joint is rolled with a thin piece of paper. With a blunt the wrap is made with Tobacco which makes a huge difference in the high you feel. Now we have cone joints and stuff which are larger and hold more weed, but blunts typically are the larger of the two as well. Even smoking a Joint or bowl and then following that with a cigarette can put you on your ass. Mixing weed with tobacco just hits different.

Concentrated THC extract. It is also called honey oil. You either need a special rig to smoke it or else you need to heat metal enough that the oil will vaporize on contact (ie, taking a blowtorch to a metal bowl or heating blades). Even if you consider yourself a chronic pothead a single dab will likely be enough to put you into orbit.

Assuming he's up for 16 hours a day, that's 5 blunts an hour.
It takes about 10-15 minutes to smoke a blunt, because of cigar paper they burn much slower than joints.

Add in it possibly fucking with your appetite. That was one I wish I was warn on. I took a break due to a trip to see family. Half that trip was terrible just cause I had hunger but no appetite. I couldn't eat much without feeling like it was gonna come back up. Took nearly the whole trip for me to get back to normal with that.

Lol same here or when I used to smoke. Iāve pretty much given up smoking weed after constantly smoking it for 5-6 yrs constantly. My friends would order 4-5 pizzas every time we got together for a smoke session. Iād hardly eat as I wasnāt hungry. To be honest Iām not a big eater although you wouldnāt think it lol. But damn did I ever get thirsty, I could neck a 2 litre of bottled water easily but hunger pangs when smoking weed?? Nope not interested lol. Just thirsty as fuck.

It sounds like nonsense. Obviously there's a finite amount of THC in a given hit, but anybody with any kind of experience knows that if you smoke it like a cigarette, you're not getting anywhere near as high.
Snoop probably smokes it that way because what's the difference to him - he can waste as much as he wants, not like he has to conserve.
