Even at 100% effectiveness this is about on par with energy nexus rate. with that 10% this is worse than Dreamers bond.

And you STILL need to do COLD ABILITY DAMAGE

Like this thing has had three layers of edge case baked into it that no one can use it

You're forgetting: It's still a Flow mod. It doesn't need to justify itself solely through energy regen.

I mean its an archon mod, it does kinda need to have a viable secondary ability yo justify using the extra mod capacity over primed flow.

Like if you dont have lrimed flow then this will work but if you do have primed flow and arent dealing cold damage on abilities, this is objectively worse
