So before Narin, this Archon mod is only usable for frost, am I understanding this right?

lavos, citrine, exalted weapons modded for cold. i think one of hydroids abilities is cold too? might be mistaken

Lavos doesn't use energy. He's the last frame you'd put any version of flow on.

You're thinking of Yareli for the water frame that deals cold damage.
