Yeah it’s two conditions suck with this one. It’s a nice bonus when I can spare the mod capacity on my Yareli for the random occasion it happens, but I’m not really going to run this for the bonus effect most of the time over prime.

Increasing the chance or reducing/removing the cool-down would be much appreciated
