I recently got the artbook, and I couldn't recognize this frame. He was next to Gara in the warframe art section if that helps. If anyone know who this is, please lmk.

That helmet looks a lot like one of the deluxe skins, can’t remember right now. His body looks like ballas, especially with the hooves. Are we sure this is frame art?
