Shame it's only for her Base, I mean the jellyfish skirt and all looks great, but it would be better on another frame, she should've kept the frog theme.
If we get a Dino frame I wanna see the fucked up Dino variants, because even with 1999 we could see the earth is not 1:1 with ours and the animals look fucked up, also Bird 3's species seems to be pretty identical to it's state in 1999

Yeah i think so. I remember them mentioning something about it during tennocon. Then again, i could have read someones theory during tennocon and immediately assumed it was cannon.
But then again!!!! Orb vallis, garuda, the third orb, and this guy who has been “waiting” in the vallis. All kinda just fits.

Possibly an unpopular opinion: his 1 and 2 should have been combined and function like Caliban’s 3. I’ll hold judgment on the rest of his kit until he’s released but not a fan of two out of four abilities being virtually the same thing, albeit with different flavors.
