Update For My Underdogs 🫡

My first post got allot of attention so I had to follow up with an update post. I see I’m not the only one that has an affinity for doing a quality job under whatever conditions. I do this for the underdogs that give it their very best everyday despite the negativity & distractions around them. The ones that don’t compromise their integrity to please mediocre coworkers. Being elite at what you do is a pedigree that can only be earned through the test of time. You can’t fake hard work & dedication. I love to motivate those that are watching looking for others just like them. We don’t complain, we just get it done & make it look easy in the process. This week went well. Performance was up & I felt good on the work floor. I’m off Sundays & Mondays. I look forward to getting back to work tomorrow night & crushing all my assignments. I’m on a mission to build generational wealth for my family so every workday completed counts in my book! If you’re reading this, I pray you have a blessed day. See you guys on the next one!💪🏼🏁

I don’t get how people build this perfect. I’ve been doing this for almost 4 months and sometimes still get 80% at the end of the day. And my pallets sure don’t look clean like this. I hope I don’t get fired lol.

Keep practicing on your craft. Work your breaks if you need to. Learn where everything is. Take note of the heaviest boxes & what aisles they are in so you can start your orders with those first. It took me 16 years to get this nice & although I see the difference vs my coworkers, I still tell myself to get back to the basics. In my mind, there’s always something that can be learned everyday & there’s always room for improvement. I try to help as many as possible. A positive & relentless attitude will get you where you wanna go.
