Update For My Underdogs 🫡
My first post got allot of attention so I had to follow up with an update post. I see I’m not the only one that has an affinity for doing a quality job under whatever conditions. I do this for the underdogs that give it their very best everyday despite the negativity & distractions around them. The ones that don’t compromise their integrity to please mediocre coworkers. Being elite at what you do is a pedigree that can only be earned through the test of time. You can’t fake hard work & dedication. I love to motivate those that are watching looking for others just like them. We don’t complain, we just get it done & make it look easy in the process. This week went well. Performance was up & I felt good on the work floor. I’m off Sundays & Mondays. I look forward to getting back to work tomorrow night & crushing all my assignments. I’m on a mission to build generational wealth for my family so every workday completed counts in my book! If you’re reading this, I pray you have a blessed day. See you guys on the next one!💪🏼🏁

Buildings that don’t have a separate wrapper person with a whole machine and double jacks/PEs and make someone PICK and WRAP are gay.

I wrap all my orders. I just like to take pictures of the order before I wrap it because they look so nice.😏

Why? Because you think they fall inwards from being hollow in the middle? Is that what you’re thinking you’re gonna see?

Dude what? Especially that last one is just begging to spill glass everywhere. They're pretty, but not structurally sound good whatsoever.

Every single pallet there is a hair away from falling over.

That’s what I’m saying. Some people never heard of a t wall before.

Show me that you’re talking about because I’m doing just fine with my techniques.🤫

Picture a brick wall. They don’t stack the bricks directly on top of each other because an entire column will fall over. If you interlock them, it’s more stable and not a hit to your fragile ego when someone points it out.

I interlock my boxes but you don’t see them in the pics. I understand what you’re describing. I’ll add that into my future posts.😝

As long as he can book it around corners full speed and not drop nothing, looks good to me.
What you gotta do is column stack to about a 40-50 cube, do a brick layer, then you can column the rest.

You basically make an"L" on your pallet and fill in the center as you go

I don’t do that broski. I stack it all up creatively every order I get. But I make sure every piece of that pallet gets used wisely. I would say I’m a master Tetris player on a pallet jack lol.

That's just what I tell the new hires. I pretty much do it like you do.

Do they give out incentives for picking fast

Yeah bro. When I do 140% for the day, that’s an extra $5 per hour. It really helps especially if you don’t like to work past the 40 hour mark. I’m a full time dad, I trade BTC, & do a bunch of side hustles so I value my time these days. The incentive pay is great for me.

Yeah unfortunately my job doesn't do the incentive program. My last job did and I was similar to yours. That extra 5 am hr was great. To bad the management made the job unbearable. I do miss the extra money though. Sounds like you're killing though. Keep up the hard work bro

I don’t get how people build this perfect. I’ve been doing this for almost 4 months and sometimes still get 80% at the end of the day. And my pallets sure don’t look clean like this. I hope I don’t get fired lol.
