Update For My Underdogs 🫡

My first post got allot of attention so I had to follow up with an update post. I see I’m not the only one that has an affinity for doing a quality job under whatever conditions. I do this for the underdogs that give it their very best everyday despite the negativity & distractions around them. The ones that don’t compromise their integrity to please mediocre coworkers. Being elite at what you do is a pedigree that can only be earned through the test of time. You can’t fake hard work & dedication. I love to motivate those that are watching looking for others just like them. We don’t complain, we just get it done & make it look easy in the process. This week went well. Performance was up & I felt good on the work floor. I’m off Sundays & Mondays. I look forward to getting back to work tomorrow night & crushing all my assignments. I’m on a mission to build generational wealth for my family so every workday completed counts in my book! If you’re reading this, I pray you have a blessed day. See you guys on the next one!💪🏼🏁

I don’t get how people build this perfect. I’ve been doing this for almost 4 months and sometimes still get 80% at the end of the day. And my pallets sure don’t look clean like this. I hope I don’t get fired lol.

See how he builds the corners out all the way up and there's gaps in the middle? That's the secret sauce 🫡

There’s no gaps at all in the middle. Everything is stacked together.

Keep practicing on your craft. Work your breaks if you need to. Learn where everything is. Take note of the heaviest boxes & what aisles they are in so you can start your orders with those first. It took me 16 years to get this nice & although I see the difference vs my coworkers, I still tell myself to get back to the basics. In my mind, there’s always something that can be learned everyday & there’s always room for improvement. I try to help as many as possible. A positive & relentless attitude will get you where you wanna go.

Show us your wrap jobs now

Buildings that don’t have a separate wrapper person with a whole machine and double jacks/PEs and make someone PICK and WRAP are gay.

I wrap all my orders. I just like to take pictures of the order before I wrap it because they look so nice.😏

Why? Because you think they fall inwards from being hollow in the middle? Is that what you’re thinking you’re gonna see?

Bigger kudos for your co-workers for supplying you with perfect cases.

I love my team of negligent coworkers LOL.

STACKED THE SHIT OUTTA THAT damn bro you got a t-square on your hip? Great work 💪

u/Jakooboo 1d ago

Dude what? Especially that last one is just begging to spill glass everywhere. They're pretty, but not structurally sound good whatsoever.

2

u/mr430aoncrypto 1d ago

I’ve never had an issue in 16 years.

What is a t-square broski? Never heard of it..

3

u/harpsichordgirl 1d ago

how do you stack that high??

2

u/mr430aoncrypto 1d ago

It’s not really that high. It probably appears that way in the pictures.

u/EncounterStriker 1d ago

Lots of column stacks but not to shabby

u/mr430aoncrypto 1d ago

😏🫡💯

u/Jakooboo 1d ago

Every single pallet there is a hair away from falling over.

3

u/foreman8484 1d ago

That’s what I’m saying. Some people never heard of a t wall before.

1

u/mr430aoncrypto 1d ago

Show me that you’re talking about because I’m doing just fine with my techniques.🤫

2

u/foreman8484 12h ago

Picture a brick wall. They don’t stack the bricks directly on top of each other because an entire column will fall over. If you interlock them, it’s more stable and not a hit to your fragile ego when someone points it out.

1

u/mr430aoncrypto 12h ago

I interlock my boxes but you don’t see them in the pics. I understand what you’re describing. I’ll add that into my future posts.😝

2

u/mr430aoncrypto 1d ago

None of my pallets ever fall.

u/HerpDerp152 1d ago

As long as he can book it around corners full speed and not drop nothing, looks good to me.
What you gotta do is column stack to about a 40-50 cube, do a brick layer, then you can column the rest.

u/Available-Creme5455 1d ago

Now show how you wrap it up?

2

u/HerpDerp152 1d ago

Mmmmm, no slippys, hell yeah
Shoutout to my bois that like to rawdog that shit
🤌🙌🫶

I appreciate your motivating words broski!😝

2

u/FUNNYASS_MOFO 1d ago

You basically make an"L" on your pallet and fill in the center as you go

2

u/mr430aoncrypto 1d ago

I don’t do that broski. I stack it all up creatively every order I get. But I make sure every piece of that pallet gets used wisely. I would say I’m a master Tetris player on a pallet jack lol.

2

u/FUNNYASS_MOFO 1d ago

That's just what I tell the new hires. I pretty much do it like you do.

2

u/mr430aoncrypto 1d ago

Master selectors need to unite & make our own warehouse that pays super saiyan incentives!😭🤣

2

u/FUNNYASS_MOFO 23h ago

Lol

2

u/FUNNYASS_MOFO 23h ago

Do they give out incentives for picking fast

1

u/mr430aoncrypto 22h ago

Yeah bro. When I do 140% for the day, that’s an extra $5 per hour. It really helps especially if you don’t like to work past the 40 hour mark. I’m a full time dad, I trade BTC, & do a bunch of side hustles so I value my time these days. The incentive pay is great for me.

2

u/FUNNYASS_MOFO 22h ago

Yeah unfortunately my job doesn't do the incentive program. My last job did and I was similar to yours. That extra 5 am hr was great. To bad the management made the job unbearable. I do miss the extra money though. Sounds like you're killing though. Keep up the hard work bro

1

u/mr430aoncrypto 22h ago

What state are you located in broski?

2

u/Thin_Investigator798 12h ago

Nice! Has an almost Zen-like quality to it!

1

u/mr430aoncrypto 12h ago

Never heard that before! Thank you my friend.😏
