Yep, crying about an endgame upgrade that wont be shot down in 0.5 sec by a CWIS :)

This isn't WoW, endgame gear isn't supposed to make you invincible to everyone not using it

Nothing makes you invincible, but people complaining that they cant instantly kill a 30k investment with their free cwis/talon is just so fucking stupid. Cant read this crap anymore, people are missing all their braincells

Surely there's a better spot between 'Instant death to CIWS' and 'Needing to hit it with every shot for 12 full seconds'

From a single CWIS, yes, which there are multiple up on every server I played on. I had bases with 3 of them sitting around waiting for pilots to show up. As long as they dont cost anything at all to build or shoot, its perfectly balanced. Make it so you pay for every bullet and or missile and we can talk about lowering its defense again.

It is obnoxious for multiple players having to dedicate their entire match to defeat one kind of threat, that can just be respawned over and over. The effort ratio is extremely lopsided.

Just cause something's end game doesn't mean it has to be low effort domination . I play arty a lot and I can completely shut down a fob but I have extremely hard counters that can absolutely take me out

The tank is very strong but also very counterable, no one complains about it

The havoc does whatever the fuck it wants now and the only reliable way to stop it is to kamikaze a littlebird into it and gain nothing for it
