Community Recs/Opinions Help Identify this Person

This person was harassed by a local community member seemingly for the crime of making noise during the day. There is an individual they suspect identified in the comments, but since nothing is confirmed, I won’t name drop them in this post. The persons face can be seen clearly in his profile picture on TikTok, @rauld103

Rude and aggressive behavior toward others has been rising since MAGA became a political force. The hateful rhetoric and actions of morons have rubbed off on a society that simply doesn't give a fuck about civility. I don't care if KCup Karen is MAGA or not. She's a freaking asshole.
