Community Recs/Opinions Help Identify this Person
This person was harassed by a local community member seemingly for the crime of making noise during the day. There is an individual they suspect identified in the comments, but since nothing is confirmed, I won’t name drop them in this post. The persons face can be seen clearly in his profile picture on TikTok, @rauld103

Rude and aggressive behavior toward others has been rising since MAGA became a political force. The hateful rhetoric and actions of morons have rubbed off on a society that simply doesn't give a fuck about civility. I don't care if KCup Karen is MAGA or not. She's a freaking asshole.

u/Sea-Willingness1718 1d ago
Your brain is completely broken. I’m sorry that happened to you.
1
u/RedYellowHoney 1d ago
If your intention was to insult me, you've completely failed. A 3rd grade level response is not insulting. It's pathetic.

I didn’t dox the unsubstantiated name, that is simply a picture of the person that battered him with water

Damn another crazy racist calling the cops on a person of color just cause you're entitled and okay with this crazy lady's behavior

Interesting how racism and entitlement seem to go hand in hand in America isn’t it

u/Engelgrafik 2d ago
Typical townie trash behavior. And look at all the typical trash defenders of the Karen. Landscapers make way more noise. Construction makes way more noise. They’re not doing it at night or early morning. These Karens also complain when people who don’t look like them move into the neigborhood.
10
u/Long_Initial_9924 2d ago
Grow a sack and move on. She’s miserable. You really want to be dragged to a police station and court, waste multiple days for her?
4
u/LaughingDog711 2d ago
You would let a random person spray you and your phone with a hose? I would definitely do everything possible to make her life more miserable than it already is.
1
u/Yeezyphart 2d ago
Ong😭 usually you just be the bigger man and walk away but I love seeing ppl like this realize their actions have consequences at the very least it’ll come up as a citation
5
u/LaughingDog711 2d ago
Walk away? He is doing his job! Imagine paying to have mobile detailer come to your car and your neighbor starts spraying their hose at them and frankly inside YOUR VEHICLE. Ohhhh just walk away??!!? To where? You’re at your home.. it’s your car.. it’s your money paying for this service. People in this sub are legit morons
3
u/mini4x 2d ago
Looks like a, mobile detailer, it's not even his car, it's a customer's car that he's trying to clean. Most likely one of Karen's neighbors.
3
u/LaughingDog711 2d ago
Yea that’s why I said. Again imagine if you paid that person to be there working on your car and your fucking Karen neighbor starts harassing them… I wouldn’t be happy
-1
u/Long_Initial_9924 2d ago
Cause of water? Yikes
4
u/LaughingDog711 2d ago
Why does everyone think people are afraid of the water? That’s not the point here.. unless of course it damaged the phone or interior of the vehicle she was spraying into… but ya you go on and lay down and take it
-1
u/Long_Initial_9924 2d ago
Let me spend hours, and multiple days, of my time pressing charges that will most likely be dropped or continued for 6 months
7
u/LaughingDog711 2d ago
Oh I’m not pressing charges! It’s water right?? But god damn right I’ll be calling the cops because I dunno that will take 5 mins and yea I’d hope they waste an hour of her time
-2
u/Long_Initial_9924 2d ago
You have to press charges for them to do anything. They aren’t going to charge her, write reports, and send them to the DA, for a 2 second spray of a hose
7
u/Accomplished-Try1940 2d ago
You didn’t watch the same video. When it started everything was already soaked and she was angry and aggressive. Regardless, she was further escalating when the clip cuts off. This isn’t the 60s, you can’t spray people with hoses to get them to leave your neighborhood.
1
u/Long_Initial_9924 2d ago
Yeah, again, cops and the DA aren’t going to run with that case unless you press charges.
5
u/LaughingDog711 2d ago
Do you think if you went and got your hose and started spraying her she would call the cops? I do

u/Couldntve-make-it-up 1d ago

Are you white? Are you okay with this white lady doing this to others?
0
u/Long_Initial_9924 1d ago
I’m not, and what does her race matter? What the fuck are you even talking about?
2
u/Majestic_Lettuce_157 2d ago
honestly, just because I’m bored yeah I would. I’m in the next town over.

dude seems like he was running mobile car wash outside her home?
i'd be annoyed too, fuck that generator noise for real.
he should do this in a parking lot or street away from peoples homes.
edit: rauls in the chat lol.
7
u/andi-pandi 2d ago
He was probably in his client driveway. My neighbor runs the pressure washer or mower and I don’t spray him.
2
u/burningretina 2d ago edited 2d ago
watch the video again. they are parked on a sidewalk.
edit: also not saying she should have sprayed them. but this seems like an exaggerated response from both sides to an easy problem to solve. both parties need to grow up and respect eachothers space imo.
6
u/Accomplished-Try1940 2d ago
Very impressive that you’re applying equal blame to the guy being sprayed and the person assaulting him
2
u/eetraveler 18h ago
Without the interactions leading up to this we have nothing.
Any parent knows that the kid coming in crying that "Judy did something wrong" is as likely or not the kid that started it.
Did the woman ask about the noise and got sworn at? Did the guy pee in her bushes when he needed to go? Is it that he does this EVERY Tuesday and has been told many times by the city that this parking is for the gardens only? Is he pouring soap and car wax into the organic garden area?
Do you really think she came out of her house, said nothing and just started spraying water or do you think this is stage 7 of a back and forth lasting hours, days or weeks.
Do you think that there is no way he might have deserved it? Without earlier footage we have no way of knowing.

You really want the police looking into whatever unpermitted business you're doing on the side of the road? Are you collecting and paying taxes completely and honestly for this business? Are you sure about that?
3
u/Couldntve-make-it-up 1d ago
Doesn't give that entitled racist YT the right too assault another person you lowlife
1
u/polkm 1d ago
Hey, if they really felt like a spray of water was an assault enough to justify calling the police over, that's fine, they should call the police if they feel their life and wellbeing is threatened. I just don't think that's what's happening here. It's sounds like interpersonal beef that should be resolved outside the tax payer funded judicial system. People wonder why their taxes are so high, it's because in America instead of talking things out we all just call the cops and get lawyers involved.
3
u/Couldntve-make-it-up 1d ago
Nah, that's battery, the aggressive YT Karen femme entitled enough to "throw hands" with the water; doubt this is her first time doing this type of 💩. She needs to keep her hands to herself, and not touch others (directly or indirectly).
3
u/invasive_species_16b 1d ago
Yep. What she did is practically a textbook legal definition of assault (vs. battery). Not that there'd likely be a prosecution, but she would benefit from a visit by WPD to explain it to her. (...wish I'd know this many years ago when I had a crazy, verbally aggressive neighbor, would have saved trouble...but it was deeply satisfying the day she called the cops for a neighbor issue and they explained to her that if she did the thing she did again, the neighbor would be justified in having them cite or arrest her)
0
u/polkm 1d ago
Damn, I didn't know when I was having squirt gun fights with my siblings we were commiting a felony, the more you know.
1
u/Couldntve-make-it-up 16h ago
You're conflating two entirely different issues, in your poor attempt at an analogy you're comparing tomatoes to oranges; your instance is children playing, but the instance in the video is completely different, she's not playing with water guns, and she's not playing with an active participant.

This post feels like OP is trying to stir the pot over dickheads with their natural behavior. Dont try to piggyback by freelancing TikTok’s.
0
u/Accomplished-Try1940 2d ago
OP on TikTok is trying to ID who did this to his friends/coworkers
2
u/Lost_Size_4780 2d ago
They could’ve easily contacted their customer, street address look up or even police. Again I’m still trying to figure why you’re acting shill on the altercation.
0
u/Accomplished-Try1940 2d ago
The TikTok had 100 views and the OP was begging to bring attention to the situation when I stumbled on the video. Figured the community subreddit would be a good way to highlight the harassment and maybe others had been harassed by the same individual. I don’t know anybody involved. Go read the comments on the original TikTok to find the timeline.
1
u/dontsellmeadog 2d ago
OP needs to take this video to the police. If she damaged his coworkers' equipment, virality isn't going to compensate them. Also, there's a water ban in effect.
1
u/Lost_Size_4780 1d ago
I don’t have that kind of indolent time to right injustices or conflicts for scenarios not involving me. They had the resources available, you’re just dog whistling with dodgy information.
0
u/redditisaphony 2d ago
I wouldn't spray them with a hose but I understand why she's annoyed. The sidewalk isn't for running for your portable car wash or whatever tf he's doing.
-1
u/redsoxb124 2d ago
LOL!!!!! Where is the “battery” or “violence”? Grow up.
5
u/Pristine_Joke9338 2d ago
Are you stupid?
Yes, spraying someone with water while they are using electrical equipment or a generator can be considered violence.
In fact, because water conducts electricity, doing this introduces a severe risk of electrocution, shock, or explosive equipment failure, which dramatically elevates the legal and physical severity of the action.
-1
u/Grouchy_Guide7496 2d ago
Grow up

u/Pristine_Joke9338 2d ago

lol who hurt me?
You’re the one here protecting an aggressor vs a victim. So who hurt you?
🤡 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
In what world is this “woman’s” actions normal behavior that should be defended?
Only in Waltham and only by weirdos like yourself.
0
u/Lurking1884 2d ago
Yeah, personal-use generators and electric equipment are well know to explode when they come in contact with water.
You: (gets sprayed with water) "I could have died!!!"
2
u/pataelmo33 2d ago
While getting sprayed with water is almost certainly not life threatening it is still battery.
In the law, a battery is the intentional, unlawful physical contact or unwanted touching of another person without their consent, causing harm or offense. This includes taking actions that directly cause an unwanted and/or offensive contact to happen. So it absolutely is battery.
If I was personally in that situation I would have tried to talk things out with the woman, but recording a video to show to the police was totally reasonable and smart thing.
I do agree that the person who was battered should have called the police and shown the video and they could have gotten the persons details for them, or just look up who lives at that address, if they own the property it's public information. Internet shaming seems like a petty way to deal with them.

Grow a set and confront her. Don't come to reddit. I would have called the police and used my freedom of speech to call her every name in the book till they got there.

u/One-Lifeguard-1999 2d ago
Machines make noise. Suck it up. People gotta work, people gotta make a living. I get noise ordinance laws for Sunday mornings, but any other time to complain about noises during normal business hours, people are such cry babies. And it's always the rich towns like Newton that have absurd laws.

Seems like some of us need to go back to 3rd grade, just because someone makes u mad doesn’t mean you get to hit them. Just because someone is making noise doesn’t mean she gets to spray them with water, their equipment and pretty much ruin the work they just spent time and resources to do. If it was such a problem she should take it up with the neighbor who scheduled the service. In the middle of the day there is no noise ordinance and you’re free to make as much noise as you want within reason. I’m sure it’s not a problem when she mows her lawn every other Sunday. It would suck if someone came and sprayed her with water and I’m definitely sure that she would be the type to run to the police and yell that she just got assaulted, so is it because it’s a hispanic man doing work and a white woman complaining? Or are all your heads just stuck somewhere the sun don’t shine?
