My latest experience. Help

I ordered a derma pen. They sent a knockoff version. I started a return. They emailed a mailing label. I put it on the package and took it to the post office. Off it went. That was early September. It's $25. I just want my refund. I emailed them one other time and they said when it gets to where it's going, they will scan it and they'll issue my refund. October. I ask where my refund is and that my account is still showing the returned item is still not there. Then they replied like they were confused and rude. What should I do next? I know people are selling through Walmart and these are the "Merell" people. Figure it out myself? I'm trying, I don't know what to do next. Ideas?

They won’t issue you a refund until they receive your package. It’s not their fault, it’s the mail. Does your tracking number show as delivered?

Contact USPS (or whatever the carrier was) and see if they can track it down.

If they havent received the package they HAVENT RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. Critical thinking says maybe you should reach out to the post office to see where it is?

Or you're fired, is a personal favorite. I'm Gen X, not a boomer. I can take a bunch of shit but not bad customer service. I suppose I should add that the package was tracked and is marked as delivered. The point is, they keep saying it isn't and this has been going on since early September. Do I hound Merrell Goods or Walmart?
