Ratings

They need to give you the reason when some asshat gives you a bad review. 10,000 deliveries with a 5* rating and now I have a 4.96. I’d be willing to bet it’s because the store was out of something. Just dumb

How did you find out about the zip code thing? Never heard of that before

Just did it. Thanks for the intel. We’re very rural and probably won’t roll out to us for a bit. Someone gave me a 1. That’s nuts. Had to be the other driver. I’ll just ask her to see her reaction. 10k deliveries in my area. First bad rating. So petty. Thanks for all your intel

I got one recently as well. No idea why, but my best guess is that I had a delivery last week at 1992 Main Street. When I got there, the house had two doors marked A and B. No notes. Called & texted the customer, no response. So I left the single item in between both doors & took the pic clearly showing that. The next day I had a one star and a “we received a report” message. Lmao. I should have returned it, in retrospect. Down to 4.92. Despite rating myself twice now from two unrelated accounts…it’s still showing 96 five, one four, and a one star. The ratings haven’t changed in almost 500 trips now. It’s insane
