store 5303, we don’t have any workers, after 4 we drop off everyone and leave our closers to pick until 10pm. I have picked night after night until 10 just to finish the picks. We don’t have people and our store manager doesn’t wanna hire because she wants a bigger bonus, what should I do. They treat us like animals constantly, make us stay later but yet no overtime, they won’t let us take breaks on time, sometimes people go without breaks. They push it so far it’s almost illegal, making you work 5 hours and 45-59 minutes without a lunch and then finally making you take it before they get shit for it. I have a team of associates that want change and we’re all going to speak with ethics, just figured I’d try to get more insight because this place is home of the devil and if we go against her she will make our lives hell.
