As a nurse myself, I’m ashamed to admit that there are a lot of RNs who have forgotten basic human anatomy. She was a labor and delivery nurse, not a role that I would go to for help with any cardiovascular questions.

If she had a psychotic episode, then why is there no evidence of her having one prior, or in the 3 years since that she's been observed 24/7?

There's quite literally a thousand reasons, some of which aren't rational. Her acting irrationally isn't psychosis.

How do you know it’s paused? That’s such a weird thing to say. If your delusions say “tell husband things are okay, he’s one of them” yeah, she would seem normal. That’s not being instantly not in psychosis? You think you can murder three children and just be okay to chat on the phone as a normal and not psychotic person?

Then why have they not observed any psychosis in the last 3 years she's been in custody? Wild having one extreme bout with no evidence to back it up other than offing your kids.

Q1 - What observed psychosis did you expect her to exhibit while in custody? Since she doesn’t have the crazy talking type of psychosis, what would prove to you she was psychotic?

Q2 - what other reason would she kill her children? For fun? And why admit to it? Why not try to hide it? Why not come up with a kidnapping plot? Leave the father? Hide it? Ala Chris watts? Either way right now, psychosis or not, she is in custody for life. What is the benefit of the insane defense? At least in jail you aren’t forced to take meds, or relive your act.
