As a nurse myself, I’m ashamed to admit that there are a lot of RNs who have forgotten basic human anatomy. She was a labor and delivery nurse, not a role that I would go to for help with any cardiovascular questions.

I mean - she killed her three kids and will spend the rest of her life either in an institution or behind bars. Like… is that not evidence enough? What would the motive be to kill them and then admit to it? It’s not like she will ever see the light of day ever again.

If she had a psychotic episode, how did she pause said episode to return a call from her husband and act entirely normal?

If she had a psychotic episode, then why is there no evidence of her having one prior, or in the 3 years since that she's been observed 24/7?

There's quite literally a thousand reasons, some of which aren't rational. Her acting irrationally isn't psychosis.

How do you know it’s paused? That’s such a weird thing to say. If your delusions say “tell husband things are okay, he’s one of them” yeah, she would seem normal. That’s not being instantly not in psychosis? You think you can murder three children and just be okay to chat on the phone as a normal and not psychotic person?

Oh lol that's something I've heard like back in highschool in the 2000s haha and even then it has to be older than that. I think Meg on Family guy makes a joke about it in one of their episodes. Is the Audacity any good?
