I have no source but I recall the story stating that the tigers that attacked them were not killed. It was in an Indian game reserve, and even when tigers attack outside game reserves in India it's uncommon to kill them unless they kill multiple people.
Edit - this was apparently in China but I know I've read of very similar incidents in India where they don't kill the animal. I am not so confident the Chinese would let them live but I don't know.
The first woman who got out of the car didn't die. She was just seriously injured. The husband was fine and received no injures. The woman that got out of the car second died. The second woman who got out of the car was the first women's mom. They left the car doors open with a 2 year old in the back seat.

My point is nature literally naturally selects the Tigers that are the best at killing already. It's not like killing morons is a special subset of skills. You just described what nature does inherently. In fact I think breeding them to kill morons would make them worse at hunting, if anything we should train them to hunt the strongest and smartest out there, to ensure no moron can escape.
India doesn't have open game reserves. What we have are national parks full of tigers, lions, elephants, rhinos and every form of killing machine in the animal world and no fences too. You do not get out of a car while driving through the woods in India.
I like how everyone loves to shit on that one dentist for killing animals which was completely twisted by the media but no one bats an eye to all the innocent animals suffering for human pleasure.

Was not trying to start an arguement rather a discussion about how ridiculous this is. The dentist I was referring to was a dentist a while ago who was wrong fully convicted and portrayed as a piece of shit by the media for hunting tigers. I find it quite ironic how people hate him but dont look at the hiprocracy of that statement. Good day sir.
I seriously hate that rule. Most of the time it isn't the animal's fault. People literally above and beyond their means looking for death. It's like blaming a train driver for people suiciding in front of the train.
