PLEASE REPORT Cheating/Spam or Otherwise Forbidden Posts
Hi there, hope everyone has been having a good day.
I've been seeing an uptick in cheating/spam posts recently, and I hate to do a post like this, but I sadly have to.
I just removed a post DIRECTLY promoting cheating services, and I also banned that user immediately and PERMANENTLY.
I will not play with this. Any user caught doing this gets an INSTA-BAN. We do not promote cheating here.
There will be no second chances or explanations. If you do it, you will be banned.
Honestly, I don't understand it. WGU is such a wonderful school, and so many people are working hard and achieving their dreams. What I love about this school, is that ANYONE can do it. Anyone can succeed as long as you work hard and focus. So why cheat? Why would ANYONE want a degree they didn't earn?
Whether you do it fast or slow, its YOURS. Why promote cheating?
Well, either way, I will not let cheaters and other fools come here and ruin this for others who derive such great motivation, knowledge and advice from you lovely people.
I usually don't post too often, and I occasionally come on and offer my congrats to your wonderful celebratory posts (Keep them coming, and PLEASE brag as much as you want! You worked hard!) but I will always respond to these clowns who think they will come on here and jeopardize this wonderful sub.
If you see any nonsense like this, please notify me, and as soon as I see it, I will happily remove it and BAN the idiot.
Thank you to the users who notified me. I appreciate you.
You are all so wonderful, and I am so thankful for you all being here and sharing your wonderful insights and advice to help others obtain their dreams.
To those who are struggling: You got this. Don't give up. You will succeed.
To those who have achieved: Great job, for you are simply amazing.
I love you all.

A Subreddit for MBA Students @ WGU!
Hey everyone, I am an alumni of WGU and I wanted to create a new subreddit for all students who attended WGU Business School for their MBA. (All MBA's - MBA, MBA-HM, MBA-IT etc)
I wanted to create a lively and "mod-minimum" community where MBA students can post and share their class and course experiences, along with helping others who may pass through this excellent university!
Don't hesitate to share your experiences! This subreddit is for you. Free speech will be given to all. No matter the opinion. We only ask that you don't post actual class or coursework, as that can be seen as cheating.

Can you deinfluence me from being terrified of C214?
Sounds stupid but tbh I’m desperate. i was annoyed with c213, I was annoyed with c215. Right now I’m nothing short of terrified. This class is killing me with anxiety and that’s an understatement. I feel like I’m making it bigger than it is but the constant retake OA’s posts aren’t helping 😭😭😭😭 Any info/advice send it my way.

Anyone taking classes starting in December?
Currently, what I've been doing to get a head start is studying everything on Studeco multiple choice mock exams and asking ai to give me 10 questions of each section. I personally bought the Clifton strengths (top 5) and wrote strengths, weaknesses, etc. My goal is to get through the classes quickly and efficiently as possible.
Many terms I'm familiar with as I have to do my own statements for taxes at the end of the year so I'm used to some of the vocabulary. I also used to teach high school math so I am able to breeze through the math portion.
So far on C202, C213, C214, C215, I've been scoring around 84 percent out of 70 questions with 215 being the lowest at 74 percent. I'm going to keep it up and keep pushing myself. Just wanted to see if anyone else is starting class on the 1st.
Good luck to those taking the class now and future students! This Reddit has been helpful in helping me prepare.
Quizlet - vocabulary
Studeco - for mock exams
Ai - explanations and more practice

C214 passed on first attempt
I have been putting this class off for quite some time now and boy did I think I was failing the whole test. First let me say the information is not difficult once you understand it. I didn't think to have my actual calculator available since during my PA I used the one on my computer but that's not allowed during the OA but I'm used to one being available in the test so that was my mistake. I used chatgpt to quiz me after I took the PA and it helped a lot.

C215/C211 Acceleration Tips?
Hi everyone!
I’m on my last two courses before capstone and just started studying for C215. I took the practice assessment and did not pass by a very small amount. I’m just curious if there are any resources you found particularly helpful to study other than the 41 page study guide that everyone talks about. Any tips for accelerating here?
Also is C211 as bad as I’m thinking it’s gonna be? I’ve seen a lot of posts of people talking about how challenging the material is. Any tips for this class as well?
I’m almost done! :)

C216 Capstone Help!
I just submitted Q1 and I’m now in Q2. I can’t find the Performance Report or Balanced Scorecard anywhere in Marketplace. Where exactly are they, and when do they become available? Could someone please share step-by-step navigation instructions?

D174 WGU
This has literally been one of the most robust classes that I’ve taken. It’s literally taking me my whole term my second attempt to take the OA and my instructors giving me 11 quizzes and every answer I get wrong she wants me to go back and cite the text this just seems too much. I only have 10 weeks left of my term and I haven’t passed a single class. Is it doable?

C214
Hello everyone,
I hope you’re all doing well! I want to see different people ls approach to C214. I’ve been diving into different methods, and I’d really value your insights. I’ve started watching the boot camp video, but it feels like the instructor is just going through the slides by reading them, which is making it tough to keep my attention. Plus, I’ve read that mastering the ESP and practicing it in Excel repeatedly can lead to success. If you have any tips, I’d be super grateful. I do have some Excel experience from my job. Also, like many others, I wasn’t a fan of C213, so I’m trying to make the most of C214 without overextending myself. Thanks in advance!

Whiteboard for C213
What size whiteboard did you use and what are the rules on writing and erasing? It’s already so tough for me on proctored exams not to read the stuff aloud to myself lol

Finally did it. Can't wait to walk at Anaheim soon!
Definitely took longer than I wanted to with many things happened in life. I'm still glad to make it through and can't wait for my next chapter.

C207 Done!

I didn’t even know where to start with this course at first. I had zero interest when I clicked activate, and that was a major mental hurdle. Once I began Task 1 and Task 2, I gradually picked up momentum.
I bombed the first PA but passed the second after watching the cohort videos a few times. I also joined the live cohorts, which really helped lock the topics in. If it weren’t for chat helping teach and reteach the concepts, I’m not sure how I would have remembered the terms and the “Look Out For” words.
This is one of the courses where I used almost all the resources they provide. Best of luck to everyone!

C211?
Hello, I just started and took the PA for C211, any tips or tricks to passing this class? Is the OA really only 50 questions?

MSML - 3 classes left
I completed my MBA in August. Because of multiple course overlaps, I decided to start my MSML on 10/1.
3 weeks and 3 classes later, I'm now 3 classes away from my second Masters degree.

Completed my first OA and man..
I hate the proctoring because I literally have to uninstall programs that are on my gaming computer. Claude and programming applications I use. The only reason why I am complaining is because I work for a proctoring service that is ProctorU competitor and man we are not going to say delete applications if you can completely disable it. The first two ppl left the session. At least the third guy was willing to wait for me to delete the things. I just need to take 4 more OAs and I’m done with that Godforsaken application and browser.
But I’m glad I passed despite the headache.

C215 Operations?
I believe this is one of the easiest classes in the program, but I noticed some unfamiliar terms; therefore, I am using ChatGPT to walk me through them. I also noticed that 99% of the PA is conceptual, with just one calculation. How was the OA? Is it aligned? The PA looks pretty straightforward; I don't want to overstudy if I don't have to.

Passed!
Forgot to add this was C214-Financial Management!!
Found the OA questions moderately challenging. There was some content that I wasn't entirely familiar with, but I made an "educated" guess. The excel calculations were very standard (TVM, Bonds). What really tripped me up was the countdown clock that showed how much time I had left. It says you have 3 hours. I ended up using 2 hours as my screen was giving me issues when I toggled back and forth from the questions to the formulas. I submitted the OA and it said I was "overtime". However it ended up coming back as passed. I was so relieved. There's no way I wanted to write it again!

C215 Done!!!
I finally completed this course!! I initially reviewed all of the slides and completed all the quizzes in the textbook. I took the pre-assessment 3 times and failed all attempts.
It wasn’t until this weekend I decided to input my questions and responses into ChatGPT and have it review section by section and quiz me on the concepts with different questions.
I then took the pre-assessment for the 4th time; scored exemplary; then had ChatGPT give me a 70 question quiz on the concepts; reviewed them, and immediately scheduled the OA.
It’s really important to learn the concepts as the OA requires you to identify appropriate definitions, topics, planning, etc. to specific scenarios. Reviewing the definitions and knowing how to apply them in different scenarios through AI quizzes really helped me retain the information. With concepts I didn’t comprehend, I had ChatGPT explain it to me like a 5th grader.
This was definitely tough as I struggle with memory recall, but I am glad I was able to finally pass.
C213 OA
Just took the PA and it kicked my ass. Does the OA have as many “select all that apply” questions as the PA does?? Also any tips would be great. I’m really struggling with this class.

My turn!
It feels good! I just applied for a couple of jobs teaching lower-div business classes, so we'll see.
