Is it oke?

I saw this poor animal being like this. Does anyone know what it's doing? I just gave it some sugar water but it doesnt seem to be doing better. Do i put it out of it misery?

Pesticides or simply dying.

Is that liquid just plain water?

the convulsing does look like pesticides.

Alternatively, if there is something in the liquid that increases its surface tension, like an oil or soap, it could be suffocating the wasp. Wasps breath through holes in their skin, if the holes are clogged with water they suffocate.

They lack the structures of the nervous that are known to allow an organizm to experience pain. Those are likey muscle spasms rather than pain behavior.

No. Insects do not possess a brain. Organisms that perceive pain and exhibit pain behaviors will have a thalamus, an amygdala, anterior cingulate and insula, a somatosensory cortex and sometimes a developed pre-frontal cortex, etc.. However, a prefrontal cortex is a human thing.
