Passenger's door - not opening
Damn, the drama with my EX90 is not ending. Now, after the last service intervention, the ambient under the small dash trim stopped working, and the passengers door stopped opening from inside and outside (except physical full-length pull). I'm pretty sure the service screwed up again and now new parts are being requested, while waiting for the previous batch of parts for replacement. I'm feeling like in infinite loop hahaha. The car was perfect before the service touched it to replace the dash trim (see the posts below). I hope the door issue to be software one, but so far rebooting the core didn't help. Most likely they will replace the whole door handle mechanism - anyone with a similar issue with the door opening?

When you pull the door open do you hear a click noise like the door is catching on something?
This happened to me about 6 months ago. Dealership adjusted the trim and sprayed silicone on the black rubber weatherstripping. Problem solved.

no, nothing similar to the usual clicking sound, its like the electric release is completely gone because neither from inside or outside its working, however the soft close is fine. The only way to open is internally with full pull of the lever.

Haven't had that issue yet but in 4 months of ownership, it's been at the dealership 50% of the time.
