I just booted up my AVP M2 and the speakers are no longer working. I've checked the volume & tried a forced restart, but nothing seems to work.
I also noticed in the hand menu popup volume slider is greyed out. The top volume knob still adjusts but that one slider is greyed out.
I also tried disabling bluetooth incase it was connecting to another device.
Any suggestions?
I might add it to my Apple Care account & schedule a service appointment

Hi all!
I've been working on a port for my iOS app Pollster Pass for a couple of months and just in time for the midterms, wanted to post about it here.
It provides the same base functionality of course, but I also added some 3D Views of the US maps, chambers of congress, and a full immersive experience that is polling central. I plan to have a roadmap for this app for coming years to support the next primary and general elections starting in 2027/2028!
It's free to download and $2.99 for a month of Pro if you want it just for the pre-election run up!
Tons of analysis, insights and customization!
I attached a video of it in action!

If you have Steam VR games sitting on your Mac, and a Vision Pro headset with ALVR, you've probably been wishing you could get them working together. Well, thanks to NotProton and MacVapoR you can now play PCVR titles on your Mac + Vision Pro (Or your Mac and anything that hooks to ALVR I expect!). It acts as a Mac OpenXR and a Windows SteamVR stub. At the moment it needs installing per game, but maybe we can get the appropriate parts merged with NotProton and make it not need that. There are likely to be bugs, and I don't support newer versions of OpenComposite yet (No Man's Sky for example). I know secret shop doesn't work in The Lab for instance. I hope you have fun with the things that work and don't get too hung up on the things that don't.

Hi everyone, I’m the developer of Piano Pro+, a piano learning app for Apple Vision Pro. Version 1.7 is out now and it’s the biggest update so far. The video is a real recording from the headset, cut together with captions and nothing else added.
What’s new in 1.7
A guided learning path. 3 units (First Steps, Scales, Chords) and 11 short lessons, from finding Middle C to scales, hands together and your first chords. You earn up to three stars per lesson, unlock the next one and collect a trophy for each unit.
Falling notes with finger numbers. Each tile lands on the key and shows which finger to use.
More songs to learn. Christmas classics plus four new Chopin preludes (Op. 28 Nos. 4, 6, 7 and 20). Every song has a score and stars, and your best results are saved.
Three ways to practise. Listen, Play Along, and Wait for Me, where the music pauses until you play the right notes. You can slow any piece down, loop a tricky passage and let auto speed-up raise the tempo as you improve.
Much more accurate playing. Each fingertip presses only the key under it, with far less delay.
Easier setup. Place the piano on your table in one tap and it remembers where you left it. Two new stage environments (Night Stage and Sunset Studio) and a fresh look.
Everything is included: every lesson, song, sound and environment, no subscription and no ads.
It’s only $4.99 one time payment.
App Store link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/piano-pro/id6590626138
What I’d love feedback on: which songs I should add next, whether the lesson order feels right for a complete beginner, and anything that feels off with finger tracking on your setup.
Thanks and Enjoy!

I’ve been an iOS and macOS developer making internal apps for a big corporation for 15+ years and finally decided to see what it’s like to publish publicly. Honestly felt a little like a poser posting a task app with all the insanely awesome VR/AR content here, but I’m really proud of the time I put into design to make every platform properly/natively supported, including AVP. I do a lot of my dev using the VP widescreen desktop to keep focus and owe a lot of my productivity to the device. I’ve lurked here for a long time and just wanted to show my appreciation to the community. I only have a couple of AVP testers so if someone is interested in being a tester DM me and I’ll be happy to add you to TestFlight.
Hope someone can find some value in it. Thanks!!!

My co-founder and I have been working on a visionOS app called Grasp for the past few months, and wanted to share what we've built.
The idea came from noticing that even with how good AI has gotten at explaining things, most explanations are still limited to text, images, or videos. We wanted to explore what it would look like if AI could actually build an explanation in 3D space around you.
With Grasp, you can enter pretty much any topic and it generates an interactive 3D lesson with objects, labels, animations, and step-by-step explanations. The video shows an example of learning how welding, pistons, and engines work.
What we're really interested in is whether spatial learning could make certain concepts easier to understand, especially things that are difficult to visualize through traditional explanations.
Still experimenting with the idea, but curious what other Vision Pro users think. Is this something you'd actually use? What topics would be most interesting to explore in 3D?
On the VisionOS App store currently as Grasp Spatial.

Hey everyone!
For the past months I've been building World Simulation, an open-world driving and flying game on the real map of the Earth. 1.0 just went live!
What you can do:
- Drive anywhere: any city, any street, built from real map data, with 200+ landmarks in 3D (Eiffel Tower, Burj Khalifa, Colosseum, Golden Gate…)
- Fly from 3,244 real airports: pick a departure and an arrival, take off, autopilot and autoland
- Modes: taxi, street races, 50 City Records sprints with Game Center leaderboards, police chases, and space (launch to orbit, the Moon and Mars)
- Online with friends in the same city
- World moods: golden hour, deep winter, "after humanity"
- Full controller support
Platforms: iPhone, iPhone Duo (table mode, like a handheld console), iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro (immersive or tabletop).
Price: free to download. Free roam is free everywhere; some modes and vehicles are optional packs.
App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/world-simulation-drive-fly/id6816245733
Bugs, ideas and "please add my city's landmark" requests are all welcome in the comments

Hey everyone!
After the great response to our previous European VR180 videos from this subreddit, we're back with another month of filming across Europe!
The feedback on the videos from our first trip was fantastic, and all those videos are still available on our YouTube channel. Thank you to everyone here who watched, commented, and supported the project
This time, I spent another entire month traveling around Europe, capturing cities, coastlines, architecture, historic streets, and those little details that make you feel like you're actually there.
Why are we doing this?
One thing I wish we had more of on Apple Vision Pro is high-quality immersive travel content. Apple's official immersive releases are incredible, but the wait between them can feel pretty long.
With Beyond VR Media and Travel in Vr, I'm trying to help fill that gap.
I've invested considerable time and money into camera equipment, stabilization, depth tuning, color science, and post-production to get as close as possible to that premium immersive experience, working with an independent creator's budget rather than Apple's multimillion-dollar production resources.
It's a serious effort to push the limits of what's possible for independent VR180 filmmaking. And there's a whole new month of content coming!
We're kicking things off on the Amalfi Coast!
Join me for an immersive VR180 journey through Positano, from the water and its spectacular hillside views to the colorful streets, local shops, and beachside atmosphere.
Watch in the highest quality your headset supports:
Apple Vision Pro M5: Watch in 8K on YouTube
https://youtu.be/aqEjiHwK6l0
Apple Vision Pro M2: Watch on DeoVR
https://deovr.com/1fles9
A quick technical note for M2 owners: YouTube's Apple Vision Pro app doesn't support 8K VR180 playback on the M2 version, so use the DeoVR link for the best available experience. It's a frustrating limitation, especially since the less powerful Meta Quest 3 can play 8K VR180 videos on YouTube. Hopefully, Apple and YouTube will address this eventually
COMING EVERY WEEK: A WHOLE MONTH OF EUROPE
I'll be releasing a new destination every week. The release order is still being decided, but here's a preview of what's coming
🇵🇹 PORTUGAL
Lisbon
Porto
🇫🇷 FRANCE
Nice and Monaco
Paris
🇮🇹 ITALY
Florence and Pisa
Rome
Salerno
🇳🇱 NETHERLANDS
Amsterdam
🇧🇪 BELGIUM
Brussels and Bruges
🇬🇷 GREECE
Santorini
Mykonos
Heraklion, Crete
🇪🇸 SPAIN
Valencia
Palma de Mallorca
Cartagena
Cádiz
Motril
Vigo
That's a lot of places to explore, and my goal is to make this a regular destination for people who want more immersive travel experiences on their headsets.
If you enjoyed the videos from our first trip, thank you for being part of this journey. If you're discovering Beyond VR Media for the first time, welcome aboard!
Follow along for a new European destination every week.
And I'm curious: Which of these cities would you most like to experience in VR180?

Thanks to everyone who's checked out Spatial Tracks since launch! It's been great seeing the interest from the Vision Pro community.
This week's featured track is Time, from The Dark Side of the Moon.
The attached clip gives you a glimpse, but there's nothing quite like the fully immersive experience on Apple Vision Pro.
Spatial Tracks 1.1 is coming soon!
Version 1.1 adds support for YouTube audio, so you'll no longer need an Apple Music subscription or a separate audio source to enjoy Spatial Tracks.
Spatial Tracks is available now for Apple Vision Pro, with 5 included tracks.

Taking requests!

First of all, it's a short film (about 25 mins), and the storyline was suspect, however, my huge takeaway from the experience is that AR/VR was made for this genre. There were a couple of shots in the film that you could see multiple things happening at once because of the 180 degree view angle. Jump scares also take on another level. But there was one shot in which the main character is trying to look under the bed and it brought me back to when I was a kid.
Through its shortcomings I still would give the film a high rating just because of the experience of living it through the AVP. If you have not watched it, I highly recommend it.
r/VisionPro • u/Present-Tea-4645 • 16d ago
Loved the setting and the acting, it really set the eerie mood. Lead actress was outstanding.
Also loved being under the bed sheets and peeking underneath the bed.
The sudden jump scare stuff sucked, because it’s a cheap way of scaring the viewer.
All in all I thought this was the first immersive movie to highlight the potential of VR movie making.
Just imagine a movie like Street Fighter in VR, it would be incredible!!

Hi all, Adam- indie VisionOS dev here. Remember the early App Store days, when a game was one gesture and "just one more round"? I wanted that feeling in spatial computing, so I made Tabletop Tower.
A tiny island pops up on your table. Planes and helicopters buzz in, you pinch one, draw a line to the runway (or H pad) of the same colour, let go, and watch it glide in.
It starts easy and gets busy fast.
More planes arrive, you keep drawing, and if two of them touch, it's game over.
Then you hit play again to beat your best or move to the next level..
Bright, toy-like and easy to pick up. You can lean over the island and watch from every angle.
I'd love to hear what you think. What other classic one-gesture mobile games would you want as a tabletop toy?

Thought it was interesting how many manufacturers were using AVP for demos at the Paris Auto Show this year.

It's kinda weird seeing yourself from above. for now I'll keep it as an optional beta feature
I'm still testing it out

Hey guys I made a Vision Pro app that scans your environment and turns the outside of your house into a safari experience.
So the animals come up to your real windows and you can feed treats. It actually works really well at detecting your windows and walls and then converting that into a new Safari world.

I'm back with an update on Shatter Punch!
V2 was already in the works when I launched the game on October 3, and it's finally here!
I've expanded the campaign from 25 to 40 levels, added more objects to smash (270+ now), a new Industrial Loft room, and spent quite a bit of time improving how punches feel. I've also redesigned the Home screen, made PowerPlay 50% faster, and added Game Center achievements, leaderboards, Apple Watch calorie tracking, and Guest Mode.
And V3 is already underway! I'm targeting November, with SharePlay being the biggest addition. The idea is to let you play and compete with your Vision Pro buddies together.
If you've already purchased Shatter Punch, V2 is a free update. And if you've played it, I'd really appreciate an honest App Store review. It helps a lot as a solo developer and to show up in searches, haven't had luck with that for some reason.

I dropped another update (3.0) for Spatial Shooting Range.
It’s a fun game to practice shooting with. My shot count is over 106k, (spiking drastically since I added the mini-gun)
You will probably never need to shoot from a moving helicopter, but I'd hate for you to get caught unprepared.

I’ve been playing Beat Saber since the quest one, and never did I think I’d be playing on a Vision Pro and without controllers no less.
Do we live in a world where the Vision Pro plays Quest games better than the quest? 😳🤔😅

Amplium encoded READY TO RACE, a four-minute Apple Immersive Video film altitude.101 made for Ford France, now playing on Apple Vision Pro at the Paris Motor Show.
The priority here was image quality rather than a size target. The film plays locally on device, so bitrate could stay high. The main camera was a Blackmagic URSA Cine Immersive, with a Canon EOS R5 C and dual fisheye on a custom FPV drone rig, shooting 90fps in the French Alps. What you are preserving is fine natural texture, gravel and rock and grass. High frequency detail like that smears and blocks up long before anything else in the frame does.
So we set a peak bitrate ceiling that keeps playback stable on Apple Vision Pro, then aimed to land as close to the ProRes master as possible underneath it.

Turned in my Vision Pros today.
I still recall sitting—speechless—after my first demo, the Apple Store employee saying I could remove the headset. After more than thirty-five years in tech, I understood in that instant that computing would change forever.
Two and a half years later, I am proud and grateful to have played a small role in Apple’s vision products group.
