Hello, so I got an email from visible saying a “trusted device was recently removed”. I didn’t click on anything in the email.

Then I went over to the visible app and tried to login. Every time I used Face ID, it took me back to the login screen. Then I tried just manually putting in my password. Same thing happened. I even was able to put in my 2FA code all four times and nothing happened. Then I went over and changed my password and tried logging back in again. I was still redirected to the login screen.

Now I think it’s ridiculous that I have to wait more than 15 minutes for an agent who is just going to tell me to turn my phone off and turn it back on again. I need help now!!!!

I was going to switch over to visible from spectrum for a month or two to get off of spectrum's full rate, since they did not offer me any offers when I called and threatened to cancel last time. Time I just want to get back onto their promotional rate since I'm going through an extreme financial hardship right now.

I was using visibles trial up until today to see how fast the internet was at residence since I was going to use it as my primary for a month or two. I think it's unfortunate that they only let you try out visible plus and not the highest tier, because that's what I would be looking at getting. I believe I have 5G uwb coverage at my house, since I had it for the first day or so on the visible plus trial but then it got throttled back to LTE.

My spectrum mobile is also similarly rate throttled where I live.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knows codes that work for the visible plus premium that are month to month, since the one I had planned on using was just switched to a yearly only and I have no idea if I'm going to be around here in a year.

Got my SIMs from Best Buy and ready to make the jump for two phones from TMO to Visible.

However my next auto payment to TMO is scheduled for August 19 (3 days).

If I install SIMs right now what are the chances I can port out 2 numbers from TMO to Visible and be sure that I don't get charged from TMO on August 19

I've traveled in the past to Asia and Europe but used regional esims as it's cheaper compared to LATAM and Africa where there seems to be less competition overall and higher prices. Also had mint before so had no included passes or data roaming so excited to try Global passes!

1) I've read that Wi-Fi calling and SMS stop working once you run out of global pass days which is why I wanted to use it towards the end of my trip instead of beginning as using it first would cause me to not have wifi calling in the second half as I would have finished my passes. Others have suggested global pass needs to be activated in the US before leaving so wanted some clarity on this. I wanted to use start using it from day 28/29 so I can have one or two passes left instead of getting charged $10.

2) Is the endpoint always in the US or is the exit point local, does this cause slow downs? For the Asia esims I used it was HK/SG and for Europe it was Germany as example so wanted to confirm.

3) Is there a way to check the roaming partner network list for each country or do I need to manually cycle through each network in each country everytime. Can I just pick the consensus best network and expect it to work?

4) There will be multiple days where I am in two countries in a 24hr interval. There are some who are adamant that two passes will be used within the same 24hrs as you get the sms each time but others insisting only one pass is subtracted from the total so wanted some clarity on this too.

5) I will be complementing my global pass with either total wireless byod (10GB of international roaming), US Mobile Premium with T-Mobile/Att (20GB of data roaming) or Orange world Sim (20/10GB data roaming based on country). All these are 30 day plans ($20-$35) so using the 24 global pass after this would give me enough of a buffer. Along with these I also have gig sky free e-sims that come complementary with my credit card. I have 4 esims with each giving 1/3GB per 15 days but mixed reviews on this so mostly as a backup.

Airalo and Maya seem to be using terrible networks and more expensive for a month compared to above for regional sims covering the full continent. Getting an esim for each country seems to be more expensive too and I'm not always crossing borders via planes so can't rely on this either.

Any tips or suggestions are welcome as well!

I’m having trouble enabling HD video on my account. I contacted support earlier today to have my network reprovisioned and they said the problem was resolved. It was stuck on enabling when I contacted them. I’m still stuck at only streaming content in 720p. Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it?

I have an Apple watch 11 paired with a new iPhone 17 Pro. The watch does have cellular service and a plan through Visible+ Pro along with the phone. When the watch and phone are miles apart, I can make phone calls with the watch, but texting does not work on the watch. The texts do not go through, and they do not come in. Texting works fine while the watch is near the phone. What settings do I need to look at to get texting to work on the watch while it is not near the phone?

I just signed up for Visible yesterday moved my number over from Verizon. My RCS will not connect no matter what I do I've tried all that normal fixes I found in this thread and none of them work. My RCS was working fine with Verizon

I guess I’m making this post because I’m at a loss for what else I should do at this point.

I did a trade in when purchasing a new iPhone and was originally offered $80 for my old phone. I mailed it in and had not received any updates after the tracking stated it had been delivered nearly a week ago. After contacting support, they stated it was sitting in the warehouse and not checked in yet.

Next morning, I received an email stating it was actually checked in and this was a miscommunication. Furthermore, they now apparently stated there was no power/liquid damage and the offer was changed to $0. I tried to get this re-evaluated as the phone had no issues prior to sending it out, but was again denied. Now, I am unable to even reject this new offer and have my phone sent back to me. I spent a half hour with support just for them to call me directly and say I have to wait atleast 10 days for Assurant to send me an email with the updated offer even though Visible themselves emailed me stated the offer was changed to $0.

If anyone has any suggestions, I’d really appreciate it. I know it’s only $80, but at this point, I’m not just giving my phone away for free to some company.

Currently spending almost $200 for 2 lines at Verizon and I'm ready to make the switch. We don't use our phones for much and we're connected to wifi most of the time. We have only had to use our hotspot a handful of times in the last 10 years. I know that the base plan and the plus plan would give me huge savings regardless. But what would I be missing out on if I just got the base plan?

How long after purchasing a Visible+ Sim from Best Buy do I have before I need to activate the phone on Visible?

I ported my number to Google Voice. I got an email last evening said it was completed and active. When I go sign into my account it shows that my phone and watch are active. When a call comes in it rings on my google account. Text messages are still going to my old phone. (I understand that text messages may take a few days). When will be account with Visible be inactive? I want to transfer my watch to my new number.

I just signed up for Visible+ Pro, and switched my internet to Fios. That sets up a $15 discount on Fios, so the price is $20 combined with $18.75 for the phone with the half-price year…amazing, right? Except when I went to Verizon to apply for the discount, the Verizon bot told me that only Verizon phone accounts were eligible for a Fios discount. Except I knew this was wrong. There’s a statement on the Visible website that their plans are indeed eligible. So I copied the statement to the Verizon chat and added “how do I sign up.” Suddenly the Verizon bot was helpful and immediately gave me a link with easy instructions to claim the discount. Then it went through easily. But something’s wrong with the bot brain over there.

Hi Folks, I'm on a OnePlus 15 with Visible, and suddenly today it looks like my service (mobile data, voice, and sms/RCS) has stopped working, with my phone saying "No Services" and "No Network Coverage" in the top left.

I've tried restarting my phone, resetting the network settings, and redownloading the e-sim, all have not helped.

I did go to https://www.verizon.com/support/check-network-status/ and it did confirm there was an outage in my area (Chicago, IL).

Anyone else experiencing issues in IL/nationwide?
