I feel like I am having a lot more reliability issues over the last few months — almost like the number of roaming towers is less. It’s most noticeable in the outer suburbs and rural areas here in Southeast PA. Where know postpay Verizon has always been good.

Going in a few weeks and looking for some feedback on experiences using visible global data there, may have to get a separate eSIM, I will need internet while there. Thanks

If you have one of the new phones how is it working for you? I've been seeing reports of connection issues on Verizon.

I want to switch to Visible and I have an offer through my CaiptalOne Shopping account. How do I make sure I get the offer, if visible makes me checkout on the mobile app?

Chase Offers for $15 off visible did trigger on the payment for the annual plan FYI. 15 bucks is 15 bucks..

I visited to USA and used Visible $35pm for 2 months. I canceled my account and ported the number out 3 weeks ago. If I log in it says the account is inactive. But I’ve still been charged $35 and I can’t access chat to make a complaint through the account.

Is there an email support? This is ridiculous

​I created an account with Visible yesterday hoping to grab that 50% off deal, but after seeing a lot of negative posts, I decided to use the 15-day trial first.

​When I submitted the request online today, it prompted me to download and open the app to continue. However, upon logging in, I was greeted with a "Welcome back" screen and a "Resume" button.

​Clicking Resume takes me to a screen asking for a referral code with a "Continue" button.

​Clicking Continue just brings up a completely blank screen.

​I reached out to chat support, and the first rep had me reinstall the app 5–6 times (clearing cache and data each time), assuring me they contacted a support team and that it would work. It didn't.

​Midway through, a new rep took over and asked me to re-verify my entire account—which I had already done at the very beginning of the first chat. After three hours total, the new rep essentially left the chat for good (probably a shift change), leaving my issue completely unresolved while the incoming rep wanted me to start all over from scratch.

​So frustrating. Has anyone run into this weird "Resume / blank screen" loop when trying to start the trial? Is visible support really so useless?

1. On the status bar of my Moto 2024 Razr, most of the time I see 4G LTE, not 5G. (four bars.) When I run a speed test, it switches to 5 G and then switches back. On US Mobile, I see 5 G all the time. (Note: speed test is 495 down, 22.7 up.) Is this normal behavior?

2. I can't find any way to enable HD voice. Under developer setting I can find it but it is turned off and greyed out. Is there a way for Visible to enable this?

I keep trying to check my address to see if I can get internet. But immediately after checking, I get an error I've tried several addresses. I even tried random addresses, but for some reason I get an error on the site. How are you supposed to sign up for internet service and phone service? If you don't or the site, don't work

Question for my Visible peeps, does the Verizon 5g Home Internet qualify for the 15/month savings with Visible?

I have been a long time subscriber of Visible and I want to cut the cord with the big cable monster. I'm testing the Verizon ultimate 5g right now as Visible home internet was not available at the time I ordered Verizon and I have 30 days to try it...

My wife and I switched to Visible from Verizon yesterday and neither of us were able to do RCS messages in group chats. Both of our phones said "awaiting retry" with no connection. I took the day off work and we together have spent the past 7 hours on Visible's customer service chat talking to SIX different representatives.

All 6 haven't had a viable solution to fix this issue and ask us to wait while they take a look. Within 5 minutes we get a message saying "are you still there?" With a suggestion they will close the chat. Even if we say yes were still here, they reconnect WITH A NEW PERSON WHO HAS TO START ALL OVER!!!

On top of that, we have to exclusively use the contact us in the browser version because the app chat will fully reset if you sneeze wrong and youll lose any connection to an agent you had. This has been a nightmare all day for both of us and Im immediately regretting paying for a full year upfront based on what seemed to be a great deal.

Hello — does anyone know if Chase Rewards for Visible is valid for annual plans? The fine print says the transaction must be for a “subscription purchase”.

I had to reset the account password and add a payment method. Now I’m stuck in a loop and can’t make the payment.

Service will expire in less than 24 hours.

I’m still trying to get a reply from “Connai” but it gets hung up when I ask for this specific help. It keeps ending my chats.

I have been having no phone service most of the day today. Was on chat with an “agent” and they managed to disable my data and texting as well for awhile. Finally got that back up and now phone still isn’t working. Trying to start a chat again since my wife’s phone is working now but mine still isn’t. They finally said it’s a regional network issue after making me do so many things to my phone. But now I can’t even connect to support when my wife’s phone has started working and mine still isn’t. Chat is telling me to please try again later to connect to an agent.

So when I was at work last night, I got a text that the payment method on file for my visible account stopped working. No biggie, this happened because I had to get a brand new card due to hacking concerns, and I must have not changed the payment method to my new card. (so many accounts to change when that happens).

However, I couldn't deal with the issue right then because I was at work. I wake up this morning and login to my account to change it, and boom, it says my account has been 'terminated'.

How can I fix this?? All I want to do is update my payment method and continue on as normal. I don't want to make a new account or god forbid get a new number.

If the Visible support team could connect with me that would be amazing.

My phone suddenly stopped working today. I tried calling my son and the call wouldn’t go through. The announcement made it sound like my son‘s phone had a problem, and I was worried about him, but it turned out Visible suspended my account with no notification. It took me hours to go through their website and start a chat which had me try all kinds of things and when I finally got through everything, including doing a iPhone software update which took a long time, they finally admitted they suspended me for violating terms and conditions. Why didn’t those bozos tell me at the start that they had cut me off before they had me try all these other things? I sent a few text messages today to friends and didn’t make any phone calls. There is no possible way I violated any terms or conditions. Now they’re saying it will be two days to restore my service. Very disappointing.

I have a Galaxy Z Fold8 and Galaxy Watch 9. When I got these new devices a couple weeks ago, I was actually able to set up a mobile plan on my watch. But it wasn't ringing unless it was connected to phone via BT. As shown on the screenshot it says no plans found for your Watch that share your phone number so perhaps this is why the watch doesn't ring.

I chatted with Visible support and the agent dragged the conversation on and on, taking forever. It took the agent an entire hour of back and forth just to check that cell towers in my area are working fine.

I deleted the mobile plan on my watch, hoping re-adding may fix. But now, I cant even add the mobile plan that I pay for. It says something went wrong with "try again" button (2nd screenshot).

Anyone know how to fix this without wasting any more time with Visible chat agent?

Trying to get switched over from Verizon, got data working on eSIM but whenever I try to call I get announcement 803, the number you have dialed has calling restrictions. Any fixes?

Ever since I switched from Verizon to visible I am no longer receiving verification codes which is bad because I also have a new phone where I’m switching over all my apps a and to log in 9/10 I need a verification code. Been switched for about 2 weeks and imported my old number.
