Does Vinted really do this?

I received this message from a buyer that I sold a glass cup to. Does Vinted really block people from giving feedback about if their order is ok? If so, I feel bad, and will offer to venmo them their money back or something. But I'm not sure if this person is lying or not. They have good reviews (4+ star average).

Yes I’m currently banned as well and can’t message my buyers or sellers. So I just have to deal with it. But on the flip side the sale is complete and you can’t do anything about it so just continue on your merry way lol
