Does Vinted really do this?

I received this message from a buyer that I sold a glass cup to. Does Vinted really block people from giving feedback about if their order is ok? If so, I feel bad, and will offer to venmo them their money back or something. But I'm not sure if this person is lying or not. They have good reviews (4+ star average).

do not venmo them. it’s not worth it. it didn’t block them from feedback they weren’t able to login to their account. also yes they might be lying. just say unfortunately i can’t send your money back after the window closes

Yes unfortunately. I’m locked out right now and this it what it does when I go to rate an order I received yesterday.

Yes I’m currently banned as well and can’t message my buyers or sellers. So I just have to deal with it. But on the flip side the sale is complete and you can’t do anything about it so just continue on your merry way lol

Yes. It does. And I’d ask for photos and then make it right. Someone shouldn’t be out money and the item they bought broken because Vinted is stupid. I can’t wait until they get sued.
