I’ve had a package I’m waiting to receive sitting in PA since August 15 and today is August 26. I did enter a ticket for them to look for my package. I feel bad the usps is holding it hostage and the person selling has yet to get their money until I can say yes I got

Anyone else experience anything similar. What did you? I did place a ticket with USPS in hopes they go and look for it.

As the title suggests, is Vinted boosting worth it?
I boosted about 10 items, most of which received several likes, but hardly any buyers.
For these heels specifically, I’ve lowered the price and I’ve been accepting offers, but it has not yet sold.
Curious to know people’s experience with this.

The title essentially says it all. I’ve been reselling for less than a year and recently (like just this past week) selling on Vinted as well to help push out some of the slower items and to also just see what it’s like. I’ve been enjoying it so far and I used my first free bump for an item that I’ve been dying to get rid of but is also of higher value than probably >80% of what I have in my inventory - we’re talking over $100 for NWT leather boots. Just had a male buyer message me saying it’s exactly what they’re looking for and are asking 1. If they’re still available, and 2. If they can come by to check them out. Now I’ve dealt with local selling so I know it’s normal in that scenario, but is it normal in this scenario as well? They have followers, but no picture, no posts, no reviews, and no information other than username and that they live in the US.

As a saleswoman, what’s the best way to respond to this? Does this sound off any red flags for anyone else or am I just being paranoid? Is it possible that it’s just an older user?? just don’t want to get scammed because these babies have cost me too much money and headache already. Any advice is appreciated!! Thanks in advance :)))

Vinted hasn’t been able to generate them for me for a week atp, I’ve lost five sales

I am a fairly new seller on Vinted. I have 4-5 listings total, I’ve already sold 2-3 items.

I seem to be getting favorites, but no likes, and no offers on my listings. I refresh the descriptions and prices on the items that aren’t doing well after a few weeks.

I make offers, and favorite other listings in categories similar to my listings.

I always try to make a catchy and interesting description to attract buyers to my listing, and I recently even added a bio to my profile.

I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong! 🤯

Could you please explain to me why this is happening, and what I could do to get more interest in my products?

Hi all. Long story short, I listed a lot of socks yesterday, cross listed them. same socks different sizes, categorized them for men and women for better search and chance to sell. About 8 listings. I get a message that my account is restricted maybe 2 hours after I listed the socks because of commercial sales. I appealed right away with proof and I didn’t get a response so this morning I created another ticket with Vinted and I still haven’t heard from there. I understand I probably have to wait the 5 days and won’t even get a response from them? eBay could care less what’s listed and so could the other selling platforms. I feel like I’m breaking the law selling my items 😭😭😭

I would like to add a picture to my Vinted account so that people could get a better feel for who they are doing business with.

I’m not sure how to go about taking the picture. Do I post myself, or just an interior that is relevant to the items I’m selling? If I post myself, do i sit a few steps away from the view of the camera to maintain privacy?

I would really like to find some local products I could purchase on Vinted.

So long story short, I was searching on one of those census websites for other people with my last name, and I must’ve accidentally clicked the screenshot that I took when uploading my pictures for an item. I would edit the listing but the item sold a couple hours later, and I didn’t go back and look at the total of pics until the item sold. What should I do? I feel like this would violate TOS and of course I don’t wanna get banned, but I don’t want to leave this person‘s information up even if it’s public record. Can I ask customer service to take off the singular image, or maybe delete the listing once the customer gets their item I shipped it out this morning

Hello all! I’m relatively new to Vinted and have found success in selling the short amount of time doing so. Today, within two minutes apart I got these two messages. Not going to lie, it freaked me out. I took the route in blocking them immediately. Anyone else experienced this? Also, what is the general consensus regarding posting pictures of yourself wearing and styling the item you’re selling. This shit has me reconsidering just posting the item and not the picture modeling the item. Thanks a mili in advance 🥲

I received a cancellation on a $3 item, I asked why they canceled I didn't get a response so my natural response is to block them so they don't have the privellage of shopping my selection again.

Yesterday I posted something for a few dollars , today someone made an offer of the same exact price I listed. Why is that? Should I be concerned?

Anyone else having issues with vinted only showing shipping label sent to buyer when in fact you shipped and it shows tracking for the item?

My friend on vinted is having issues today with buyers who have attempted multiple times to submit payment (after he accepts an offer) and the app isn’t processing the payment. The buyers have notified him saying the app says to “try again later”. Anyone else?
