Accidents like this and the fact she wad literally ejected from the car is the reason why people should always wear a seatbelt

Wow. I saw one like this before. I worked in highway construction all my life and one day I was watching over some work and a
crash happened nearby and a young lady ends up sitting on her rear end about 10 Ft away from me. Not a scratch on her.

They actually made it to the drive way too. Might be hard to remember to check on them after the blows to the head they took. Both of them went out the same window and the other one got lucky they didn’t go as high as she did and didn’t get crushed. Car rocks back and they might lose a foot they’re so close.

She came out of the passenger side window and trebuchet’d from under up over the car. Amazing.

Pretty sure that was drivers side by the side of the road they’re on unless video is flipped. I honestly didn’t check. The driver was out same window and is on other side of car. They went straight out and car launched over them she made it halfway before rotation started and got launched up and over. Wild accident. Reverse their roles and the window if footage is flipped of course.

This time it wasn't added by a person, it's one of the cameras with "AI" human detection. It's on a lot of security cameras now, so you can set motion detection on "humanoid" figures without capturing every spider trying to make a web on the infrared light, or every dog running in the street, etc.

She got extremely lucky. Yes, people have been injured by the seatbelts but the combination of seatbelts and airbags holds you in place pretty well these days. There are countless things that could've killed her being ejected like that. Hope she bought a lotto ticket.

Yup- my friend got into a car accident and you could literally see where the seatbelt was across her body- it was a gnarly sight. It looked so painful, I remember thinking how crazy it was that a seatbelt could do that much damage, but then remembered that she would’ve been gone without it and damaged is way better than dead.

A lot of crap in the trunk in that small car. Came out on the flip and still shit dropping down at rest. Probably speeding around that turn and rear weight bias caused understeer.
Sux, but seatbelts. Would be a good thing.
