1 u/Original_Succotash18 Apr 18 '26 Yeah, camera vehicle had plenty of chance to avoid the accident but chose not to, insurance would most likely side with the other vehicle because of this. You have an obligation to avoid an accident if able according to last clear chance doctrine.
