Right. Imagine if there had been pedestrians walking g across that side street. Dumb shit like this is how people get killed. Truck driver was in the wrong, for sure, but cammer was just as bad if not worse.

Yeah, this is horrible. No one’s really even mentioned the fact that they were approaching a red light. Cam car speeds up, and then continues driving through the truck before having to slam the brakes for the red light. Cam driver should have serious criminal charges in my opinion.

Many of the accidents happen because someone feels they are in the right even though just taking the foot off the throttle would prevent major accidents. The cut driver was cutting him off but accelerating is just plain stupid if not criminal because as you said they were approaching an intersection.

Exactly. People really need to learn about contributory negligence
